OpenedOrNot by 500apps is an email tracking extension for Gmail which lets you track emails that you sent to users. Check the status of every email you send, check for delivery, and keep track of when emails are opened. Features Email Tracking- When your email is seen by the receiver, you'll get a notification right away. Your notification includes the subject of the email, the recipient's details, and the time. Read Receipts- Two green ticks indicate whether or not a message has been read. With OpenedorNot Read Recipients, you can get grey ticks for delivery confirmation. Link-Click Tracking- Receive daily statistics that look at several factors such as emails tracked, read, and unread emails count to examine the open rate of link-click tracking of each email sent. Daily Reports- Analyze detailed daily reports on emails that have been delivered, opened, and clicked. Daily Reports is a versatile, user-friendly, and cost-effective tool.

**What do you like best about OpenedOrNot by 500apps?**

A helpful little program is worth the miniscule effort required to get up and running, and be integrated with Chrome and Gmail.

I've used some of the more well-known email tracking software in the past, but this is the first one that made me forget that it was there when I was not using it.

**What do you dislike about OpenedOrNot by 500apps?**

Using a browser extension for such valuable Data Tracking and Analytics for your business email can seem odd at first. But that is quickly pushed aside after it's first use.

**What problems is OpenedOrNot by 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing if important Communications with clients were ever opened and viewed is invaluable information, and immediately changes how certain situations approached when it comes to future communication.
