&lt;p&gt;API documentation would be one of my main trust tests. A platform can have excellent location analytics and still be painful to embed if authentication, rate limits, error behavior, or mapping APIs aren’t documented clearly. I’d build one real CRM workflow during the evaluation and track how often the engineering team has to contact support or work around undocumented behavior.&lt;/p&gt;
