**What do you like best about Onplana?**

It combines enterprise-grade project management features like Gantt charts, dependencies, and portfolio management with a modern AI-powered and collaborative experience. It feels like a strong modern alternative for organizations moving away from Microsoft Project.

It’s a newer platform with a smaller ecosystem and limited independent reviews so far.

**What problems is Onplana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onplana is solving the problem many PMOs face with outdated or fragmented project management tools — especially organizations migrating away from Microsoft Project Online before its 2026 retirement. It combines advanced scheduling, collaboration, governance, and AI automation in one platform.

The biggest benefit is reduced manual work and smoother project coordination. Features like AI-generated reports, risk detection, real-time collaboration, and direct Microsoft Project migration can save significant time for project managers while improving visibility across projects
