  ### 1. A robust alternative to the most popular project management platforms

**What do you like best about OneSuite?**

A few things landed recently that changed my day for the better, not just cosmetic stuff.
 
The Calendar view is the one I didn't know I needed. It sits right next to Kanban and List inside a project, and there's a personal one in My Tasks that pulls everything assigned to me across every project onto a single calendar. Before this I was clicking through separate boards just to work out what a given week actually looked like. Now it's one screen.
 
Dashboard V2 is the bigger change. You can resize widgets, drop the ones you don't use, and drag the rest into an order that makes sense, and the layout stays put next time you log in. The revenue overview with a forward projection from the pipeline is the widget I check first thing. Pending invoices and active clients sitting across the top means I'm not opening five tabs to get a read on the business.
 
Invoice V2 cleaned up the billing flow. Sending an invoice feels like nothing now instead of a Friday-afternoon chore, and the client and project details pre-fill, so I'm mostly just reviewing and sending.
 
Two more I use:
- Outlook support finally shipped, so I connected my Outlook account next to Gmail and handle client email inside the app instead of tab-switching.
- The new client portal home gives clients a real landing page when they log in: what needs paying, what needs signing, project progress, upcoming deadlines.
 
None of these reinvented the product. They just sanded down the rough edges I had been working around.

So far all is good, everything is evolving perfectly

**What problems is OneSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneSuite has significantly transformed our agency operations by consolidating multiple tools into one comprehensive platform. We've noticed substantial cost savings by eliminating subscriptions to separate project management, invoicing, and document management tools.
The branded client portal has improved our professional image and client satisfaction rates. We're seeing faster project delivery times thanks to the streamlined task management and improved team collaboration features. 
What I appreciate most is how the platform has reduced administrative overhead. By having everything in one place, our team spends less time switching between tools and more time focusing on delivering quality work to our clients.

OneSuite keeps exceeding expectations! 

Each update improves usability and performance, and the customer service is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my success. 

The team here truly cares about its users, and that's a super bonus!

The only feature I’m hoping to see soon is the time tracking feature, which, a birdie told me, is currently in the works.  I'm so excited for that and the many more updates to come.

I have been using it for approximately 5 months to manage my clients' projects and to assign tasks to my employees. I like how easy and intuitive it is, as you don't need to explain to your employees where to find their assignments and documents. It is very functional.

It is really difficult to find something you don't like, but maybe the interface could be prettier.

The developer team has thought about every aspect of a team's day to day need. While using the app, I never felt like I am missing anything. On top of that, there are some features that even changed the way our company is being managed now. Kudos to the devs.

As any app that is in their early phase of development, Onesuite has some bugs that needs to be ironed out. But none of that them were breaking the operations. They are mostly UI related and I am already seeing them fixing them one be one.

They brought together multiple features in one place that I generally get from different solutions in general, making it easier for me to stay in one place and get my works done quickly.

**What do you like best about OneSuite?**

What I like best about OneSuite is its all-in-one functionality. I no longer need multiple software solutions to manage various tasks within my software company. OneSuite includes task management tools similar to Trello, invoicing capabilities, NDA and proposal creation, and lead management through a CRM akin to HubSpot.
We use this tool daily for team management. The user interface and user experience are very intuitive, and the Trello import integration is a fantastic feature, especially since we used Trello before switching to OneSuite.

**What do you dislike about OneSuite?**

There are no major issues I've encountered with OneSuite so far. While there are occasional glitches, their support team is excellent and promptly resolves any issues I report.

**What problems is OneSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneSuite effectively addresses several challenges faced by our software company by providing an integrated solution for various operational needs. Its all-in-one functionality eliminates the necessity for multiple software applications, streamlining our workflow significantly. OneSuite encompasses task management tools akin to Trello, robust invoicing capabilities, seamless NDA and proposal creation, and comprehensive lead management through a CRM similar to HubSpot. This integration not only enhances efficiency but also centralizes our operations, ultimately benefiting our overall productivity and organizational coherence.

Onboarding process is so simple, we can predefine the stages and catgoeries in an single go. I like that it has an payment gateway integration with razorpay

For the task there is no option to track the time. it has to be entered manually. They have an extention to import leads but time checkin, checkout a important function is missing.

Using Onesuite.io CRM has been a breeze for me and the team. The user interface is incredibly easy to navigate and beautifully designed, making daily tasks a breeze. The functionalities for lead pipelines, project management, and document management are robust and well-integrated, allowing us to streamline our workflows efficiently.

Although still in the works, the client portal is amazing as well. Very professional and handy for any digital agencies.

The best part? The team behind Onesuite is amazing. They are here to stay, and they actively listen to all our requests and suggestions. If an idea makes sense, they will implement it.

[Resolved] i had one tiny issue with the client portal system, broght it to their attention via the support chat. Next day it was fixed.
