I am hoping they are as easy to set up as templates. The time it takes for the traditional mail versus a reply to an email will speed production up massively. Most financial institutions are very concerned about critical customer information in a public cloud. We often need to notify non-signers that a document has been signed for their records, and esignLive easily allows for this. I also enjoy the capability to add text fields for additional comments and can have options on whether these additional fields are required or optional. I was very impressed with the price, sales staff and support. It took me a long time to get the time to use the demo. David Bocek in Sales was so patient with me. It took me two months to be able to free up my schedule to be able to compare and check out software. E-SignLive was the best hands down in security and marking the chain of custody of a document. When I was ready to implement, their support team was the best. They never laughed at my green horn questions and were always willing to walk me through any issues. I also like the web based program and the ease of access from anywhere you have internet. The Interface is pretty user-friendly. I like the ability to share or not share templates and layouts. The ability to see at a glance what is in process and later run reports helps track system usage, user usage, and control and improve the system. **What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?** I believe additional functionality would make the program more flexible and supportive of special needs. It would be great if it was more flexible with editing layouts, accept only options, and privileges to the local Admin to resolve user problems. **Recommendations to others considering OneSpan Sign:** Get a temporary account and learn all about the options such that you could train others. We wanted the ability to do easy international and local document signing for legal agreements. We wanted the ability to route in a multi-storied building documents for internal signing. I wish I could sort documents into folders rather then the chronologically sorted files. In looking seriously at a viable solution for electronic signatures we found at the end of the day that eSignLive beat out all of their completion. Some of the reasons we chose eSignLive over popular companies like Doc-U-Sign was simple. Doc-U-Sign stores all of their documents from their clients and their records on servers located in the USA. The Patriot Act allows the US Government to access those docs should they feel it necessary. eSignlive on the other hand stores all of our documents on servers located in Canada and protected from the Patriot Act. We have no fear that our, or our customers information will every be violated. I used the free trial version to get started and found it extremely easy to prepare transactions for e-signing. The user interface was clean, not cluttered, and I intuitively knew how to use the system - no user manual required! I typically prepare my documents in MS Word and loved the convenience of the e-SignLive Print Driver tool, which allows me to send documents to the e-signature service directly from Word (or any other Windows application for that matter). **What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?** So far so good! I haven't experienced any issues. The UI walks the user through the workflow/process of going through the sending of documents effectively. All emails sent to the recipient and user are equally straightforward and quick and simple to finish the entire process. **What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?** I wanted to test the integration with Salesforce but ran into problems when doing so in a sandbox. I contacted support and they were very responsive and helpful. Seems as if there may have been a bug with the integration between a SF sandbox and an eSignLive sandbox with the new interface. This has none of that. **What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?** I had resent some documents to a student, but the second time around none of the info was stored. There were instance where history for recipient stored which pre-populated forms. I find the system can really enhance productivity by allowing you to bulk send documents to multiple recipients, and build templates pre-save signers who have already been added to the system. I also really like how they have different ways of signing the document depending on the industry which can all be customized right in the software. The software has proven to be extremely flexible without compromising security risks. It gives the option to either do a quick "click to sign" or "touch to sign" option for quick signatures, but also offers a more secure authentication process for added security. Great e signature platform for any industry. **What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?** In general there was very little that I dislike about the product. Templates were very useful but we had to go through the same setup process for multiple clients before the documents were sent out.
