Because sensitive contracts are involved, the platform provides top notch encryption to protect documents and make sure that signatures are legally valid. The multi factor authentication principle adds one more security level for only allowed persons to sign a document or to access it. I feel comfortable when I’m handling important agreements, because of this security. **What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?** The high cost is one of OneSpan Sign’s challenges. It certainly offers awesome security and a host of powerful features, but if your company is small and doesn’t need all of the more sophisticated stuff, it may be too much of a burden on your purse strings. Previously we had to rely on and wait for physical signatures, this slowed down the process and added unnecessary steps. I would like to be able to attach a hyperlink to the signing transaction in an email. I would like to be able to "batch" the signing order for documents which require 3 or more partie to sign. The team takes the time to demo the product and answer any quesitons. We had a tech guy spend time with us to try and figure out a problem before we even signed a contract! The support team walked us through everything needed to get us going. Once you understand the basics, the dashboard is easy to navigate and setup is very easy and intuitive. Email templates can be changed to fit your needs. The transaction templates are great for reuse. Support response has been great and super helpful as we had questions before going live. **What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?** Moving from test to production can be a bit cumbersome if you have complicated templates. The transaction process generates a lot of emails that seem like they could be consolidated - but not a show stopper! What's more, I love how quickly users can receive their packages from start to finish - almost instantly! We implemented it at the beginning of the pandemic when a majority of our staff were working from home, which meant we weren't able to offer the usual face-to-face training. The drag/drop user interface made the implementation of this solution extremely simple and easy on our staff. **What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?** There is nothing about the solution that I can say I dislike. **What problems is OneSpan Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** The pandemic shifted the nature of branch visits by our members. Historically we would have required members to attend the branch for any account changes as we needed physical signatures on paper copies of documents. At the beginning of the pandemic, we shifted our branch hours to 'by appointment only' which left a big gap for members who would have just popped in to solve problems they were experiencing. OneSpan Sign allowed us to offer a much simpler solution to our members whereby they could sign from the comfort of their homes. This has resulted in an improved service experience. ### 38. It would also help you to understand their DR policy and uptime metrics. **What problems is OneSpan Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** On the Policy writing side, we are able to collect signatures on key insurance documents that we would otherwise expect our insurance agents to keep a copy of. This helps us greatly when it comes to processing claims on said policies as we are able to confirm the terms to which the insured agreed and signed off on the information disclosed during the policy binding process. Our roadmap includes a similar integration on the Claims side to record signatures of claimants/attorneys/3rd party service providers etc. ### 40.
