What do you like best about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

I don't have any positive feeling about this part of the tool. It is useful in that it manages each person's custom absence allowance - across countries and organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is cumbersome, it takes many clicks to get to the right layer. It's painful to remove planned holidays (often requires liaising with another person) making the process error-prone and a slog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

It’s easy to use, reliable, and takes the hassle out of clocking in and out. I especially like how quickly I can check my hours and see if there are any issues. It’s definitely made things more organized and transparent on our end. A solid solution for keeping track of time without the headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

The software overall works well and does what it’s supposed to, but there are a few things I think could be even better. For example, it would be great if the interface were a bit more customizable to fit different workflows. Sometimes, navigating certain features takes a few extra steps, so a more streamlined layout would make it even more user-friendly. "TMS use as a Full Time Employee"
What do you like best about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

TMS is a straightforward piece of software to use as an employee. It logs holidays and clock-in times accurately. The graphics showing remaining time for OOO are vibrant and useful to gauge how much time off is: used; booked; available to book. I have had no significant issues with my recordings over two years ensuring my pay has been correct and on-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

Occasionally it detects the clock-in and clock-out functions incorrectly, most likely due to the variance in shift times. Between this and weekly time totals being recorded incorrecrly by the system, some manual entry and review by line management is necessary to keep the system in order. I appreciate how automated it is and how simple it is to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

The interface feels somewhat clunky and lacks smooth navigation. It's often difficult to distinguish between buttons and menus. For example, when I tried to request AL, locating the submit button was challenging. What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

The payslip section used to be an absolute nightmare to use as the used was logged you out every few minutes and requested to input the password many times per section, plus the sorting system was not great. However it seems that the situation has now improved a lot since last time I used and all those issues seem to have been solved.

What do you like best about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

I like that I can see the toil I have worked up. I also like that I can book in my certified sick leave for consultant appointments and make sure they have gone up in advance rather than having to chase down changing this after the fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

The clock in text system doesnt always work- says texts dont send but then it does register on the system so can have logged in/out numerous times trying to get a text to send and this messes up hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

I find Time & Attendance incredibly easy to set up and use, which enhances the efficiency of booking in and out without much hassle. The booking timing feature significantly improves managing holidays and time out, making the entire process smoother compared to traditional methods like using cards. What do you like best about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

As a frontline worker with Social Policy and having to be transparent about my working pattern, I find using the TMS software the easiest option. I have not needed to contact customer support as I have had no issues.

The page is easy to access, clear and straight forward to navigate and implementation effective.

It enables you to keep track of your shift patterns, flexi time and breaks. This is important as I use the page frequently and daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?

The least helpful aspect is that working out in the community, I need to be at my lapyop to use the software.

Being able to clock in and out for breaks on my phone would be extremly useful and would cut down the workload for my manager having to authorise additions and changes to my clock card.

I suggest the TMS being integrated into our work mobile phones.
