It is useful in that it manages each person's custom absence allowance - across countries and organisations. **What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?** The UI is cumbersome, it takes many clicks to get to the right layer. It's painful to remove planned holidays (often requires liaising with another person) making the process error-prone and a slog. **What problems is OneAdvanced Time and Attendance solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to schedule my own absences, review absence requests of my direct reports and for our HR partners to add unexpected absences such as sick days, sympathetic leave, etc. it does this and updates the data based on each individual's set of custom allowances - quite complex and personal data. **Official Response from Luke Sadler:** > Thank you for your review. It's often difficult to distinguish between buttons and menus. For example, when I tried to request AL, locating the submit button was challenging. I don't understand why the submit and cancel options aren't placed directly below the information you enter when booking leave. **What problems is OneAdvanced Time and Attendance solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool saves me time. I appreciate that I can simply get on with my tasks without needing to check in with my manager first or deal with filling out and signing forms. The consultants during setup and configuration was extremely helpful and continued to provide assistance after the initial go live. **What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?** The support is absolutely awful. It does not allows me to keep track of my employees attendance and manage their schedules with a few clicks. The reporting features are also not good. **What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Time and Attendance?** Advanced Time & Attendance falls short when it comes to its user interface as the layout lacks intuitiveness making navigation confusing. The systems reporting features have limited customization options, which makes generating meaningful reports quite difficult.
