One by Lessen Reviews & Product Details

ONE by Lessen is the managed services execution platform that runs property maintenance, repairs, and capital programs end-to-end for commercial and residential property owners and operators. Unlike software that just gives you visibility into work happening elsewhere, ONE is the operating platform Lessen uses to actually execute the work. Orchestrating vendor dispatch, governing service standards, and managing performance across every property in your portfolio. Facilities and operations teams get full visibility and control without owning the day-to-day coordination burden. Technicians and vendors get standardized workflows through a dedicated mobile app, drawn from a credentialed network of 30,000+ vetted vendors nationwide. Residents and tenants can submit requests and track status directly. Aiden, Lessen's embedded intelligence layer, operates inside every ONE workflow; improving how work is triaged, routed, and completed based on real execution data, achieving 97.2% trade accuracy in intake and classification. ONE is built on 20 years of operating history and 40M+ cumulative work orders across the Lessen platform.
