&lt;p&gt;The stronger proof point is whether analytics becomes part of the rebuild strategy rather than something added after launch. I’d compare event tracking, donation or membership funnel visibility, reporting handoff, and whether the agency leaves the nonprofit able to interpret and maintain the analytics without depending on them indefinitely.&lt;/p&gt;
