**What do you like best about OnCourse Learning?**

Easy to use and to set up new users, and helps our company maintain compliance with industry requirements.

**What do you dislike about OnCourse Learning?**

Nothing really! There are no downsides, there are some features we would hope to see in the future to make it even better, but no complaints.

**What problems is OnCourse Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the system for all new hires to complete online training courses that are required in our industry.

This platform gives the ability to organize information in concise way

Able to skip through slides very quickly without absorbing information

**What do you like best about OnCourse Learning?**

The best thing about using this tool is that you can learn from other people's experiences to avoid leadership failures and management errors. These are things that are often overlooked and do not complement the formal study and development, this will take you in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about OnCourse Learning?**

The cost for individual use. Although the first month is only 1 buck, the following months cost almost 20 bucks the standard plan.  Of course, they don't live on air either. I recommend taking advantage of the annual membership, or the student discount.

**Recommendations to others considering OnCourse Learning:**

Subscribe to their newsletters. Personally, I have been subscribed to the newsletters for about 3 years, and I can say that they never, never disappoint. Being subscribed has an advantage: contrary to what happens if you search the contents through the web, the resources linked through the newsletter are completely free!

**What problems is OnCourse Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This particular tool allows us to identify areas of concern for my team members and discuss ways to help alleviate certain stressors in the workplace and avoiding burnout.
