**What do you like best about On Page?**

The best thing about Sigma is the amount of information that can be found on all the reports available on it.

**What do you dislike about On Page?**

I believe the interface could be a little bit more friendly!

**What problems is On Page solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get reports about workers's performance and how they are doing on their metrics, also I'm able to see their qualifications for bonuses, this leads to Workers improving their performance
