Omni really lets you set your own schedule.

Training could use some work
There are no working hours, so there are no real opportunities to make money

**What problems is OmniOmni solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Multiple communication channels and the complexity of managing them: Customers face difficulty communicating across different channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Telegram, which can lead to lost messages or delayed responses. OmniOmni brings all these channels together into a single window, simplifying management and ensuring no communication is lost. 2. Reduced team efficiency: Without process automation, employees may waste time responding to routine inquiries. OmniOmni provides a tool for creating chatbots without the need for programming skills, freeing employees to focus on complex tasks and increasing productivity.

I personally like the features for project management it has everything you need to keep your team on track.

The communication tools could be revamped for a better experience.

The integration with 3rd party software is seamless, I had a smooth transition and minimal issues.
