# What's the best document generation tool for automatically turning meeting content into follow-up proposals?

GetAccept: The most specifically documented meeting-to-proposal automation in the category. GetAccept's AI analyses meetings, calls, emails, CRM data, and internal content to build and update personalised Digital Sales Rooms in minutes, this is not just field population from CRM data but genuine meeting content analysis that generates proposal-ready output.

PandaDoc: The AI features are specifically credited for speeding up document creation. The Content Library model means that post-meeting proposal building involves selecting pre-approved blocks (service descriptions, case studies matching the prospect's industry, pricing tables) rather than writing from scratch.

DealHub AI: The Digital DealRoom is a shared buyer-seller workspace that is built and updated as the deal progresses — post-meeting updates to the proposal happen within the same DealRoom that the prospect is already accessing, creating continuity across the sales cycle rather than a new document for each touchpoint.

Qwilr: The reusable content blocks and template model enable reps to build post-meeting proposals from pre-approved sections quickly without starting from scratch. Real-time alerts via Slack or email when buyers take action like viewing a section, clicking a link, accepting a quote, close the post-proposal follow-up loop that begins after the meeting.

Conga Composer: For Salesforce-native teams, the post-meeting workflow is: update the Salesforce opportunity with meeting notes and next steps, then trigger Conga Composer from the opportunity to generate the follow-up proposal with all updated CRM data pre-populated. The meeting-to-proposal speed depends on how quickly the rep updates Salesforce after the call.

Would value input from account executives or sales leaders who have measured the time from meeting end to proposal sent. What is your current average turnaround time, and which specific step — note transcription, template selection, content customisation, or approval routing — takes the most time?

The real bottleneck may be less about generating the proposal and more about how much cleanup the rep has to do afterward. GetAccept sounds compelling if meeting context carries through accurately, but I’d test whether pricing, scope, and next steps land correctly enough that the rep is editing rather than rebuilding.
