Best CRO tool/company for the price! Omniconvert makes A/B testing on Adobe Commerce incredibly easy once it’s set up, and the real standout is their support team—especially Bogdan. We had a very tricky Magento Cloud integration, and he not only guided us through every step with patience and clarity, but even stayed after hours to help us hit a hard deadline before Black Friday. The platform is powerful, intuitive, and stable, but their level of customer support is on a completely different level. It genuinely feels like having an extension of your team. There’s very little to dislike. The initial Adobe Commerce integration required some careful configuration, but that’s more a limitation of Magento than Omniconvert. Page flicker is still an issue, but I think that can be solved with some more dev work. And because the support team was so hands-on, even that challenge ended up being a smooth experience. The interface is very intuitive, and the integration was straightforward to implement. New features are continuously added, and the AI features seem well-thought-out: they are very helpful and well integrated into the existing infrastructure of the tool. What I value most is that Omniconvert brings A/B testing, personalization, on-site surveys, and overlays into one platform, so I'm not stitching together three or four separate tools to run a proper CRO program. The visual editor makes it quick to spin up variations without dev involvement, but I can still drop into custom code when a test needs more control, which keeps both the marketing and dev side of my team productive. On lower-traffic pages, experiments can take a while to reach statistical significance, which is more a reality of testing than a product flaw, but worth planning for. It allows me to do paid ads CRO testing quickly and easily especially compared to split URL testing.

Setup of the platform was easy. We were able to implement the platform within a few hours and I started running experiments later than day.

A solid A/B testing and personalisation tool that delivers many of the same perks and features as the big names on the market, but at a more competitive price.

That said, the real stars of the show are the people behind the company. From the very first commercial contact through the integration phase, and all the way to technical support and the optimization consultancy service, we felt listened to, supported, and like we were constantly growing together. It isn’t especially user-friendly for business users. The learning curve is fairly steep at the beginning, even for technical users, and the UI could use an update. That said, these are minor inconveniences overall.

Omniconvert has genuinely impressed me with how straightforward it is to get a test up and running. The platform gives you multiple ways to build experiments depending on your preference and technical comfort level — the inline visual editor is great for making on-page changes without touching any code. It integrates well with our other tools like GA4 and Hotjar, doesn't alter page load time and is great value for money. It works really well, and does everything we want in an A/B testing platform, and the support we have received has been fantastic. I really like how Omniconvert is very straightforward and makes doing AB testing very easy and smooth. The reports are very easy to understand, helping us see what to implement. The customer service is also really good, with real people who actually help and are really nice. I also appreciate how easy it was to transition to using Omniconvert, as everything is pretty straightforward once set up.
