What do you like best?

I love all the functions Office Tools provides Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

One thing in particular, we used to be able to help people with a new temp password for the Portal. We can't do that any longer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The price is very good even if you have a huge company with lots of employees and clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I love the system for keeping track of clients and all their projects. How projects are moved through our company between people who work on them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I liked the software but not the way the transition team handled our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The program never worked as sold. Office Tools never did integrate with Lacerte or Outlook as promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Look around at the other options. Office Tools did not work as sold Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We switched to another software package after we could not get Office Tools to work properly and the new company Abacus tripled the price on us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
