**What do you like best about oDoc?**

oDoc is a online doctor and consultant channeling application that runs based on Sri Lanka. Using this app you can channel various type of specialist in different areas to take medicine. Also, no need of go to meet them, waiting in long queues. Also, in the app they make a video call with you and do the examination of your symptoms. Also, inside the application they gives facilities to make home delivery of medicine and home visits for the lab samples. Also, most doctors are very professional and friendly.

**What do you dislike about oDoc?**

All the things are happening online, sometimes there are difficulties of examine. Because they can't check your heart beat and check your heart sound through the app correctly. Also, sometimes can be delays of reports and medicines. Also, it needs stable connection to keep steady connection with the doctors.

**Recommendations to others considering oDoc:**

If your organization have the subscription for the oDoc, You can use it for the fee reduction.

**What problems is oDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the pandemic condition in Sri Lanka. We are in a lockdown in these days. Because of that we can't go out to meet a specialist. So I tried this oDoc app and met a specialist and took the prescriptions.
