It becomes a real friction point where engineers re-authenticate many times a day across separate systems, which is more about how many independent trust boundaries exist than about headcount. That&#39;s part of why the conditional access policies mentioned around Microsoft Entra ID come up so often, since the fix is usually fewer prompts through smarter policy rather than a faster prompt.
