I like the fact that we're able to download bulk resumes easily, and the filters help us see the current activity of candidates, like whether they respond or not. I love the ability to share credits on Teams, which means if someone has already purchased data, we can access it at no additional cost. It's really convenient that if I download 50 resumes and 25 have already been viewed by a team member, we're only charged for 25. I like the freedom to perform my own searches on candidates and reach out to them at my convenience. I appreciate that without a recruiter involved, I can scale my search up or down based on skills, educational experience, geography, and much more. I like how everything is in one place. I can search, review profiles, and pull contact info without bouncing between LinkedIn, my ATS, and three other tabs. Being able to see someone's LinkedIn, resume details and how they match the role side by side saves me time. Obra answers the question, "where do I find people". Instead of waiting for inbound applicants or recycling the same LinkedIn searches, I can go straight to the source, a much deeper pool of candidates.
