Obra Hire: AI-Powered Talent Search for Modern Recruiting Obra Hire is an AI-powered talent search and recruiting platform designed to help hiring teams move beyond traditional sourcing methods. Whether you're a recruiter, HR team, hiring manager, staffing agency, or talent acquisition team, Obra Hire gives you access to 800M+ professional profiles and the tools to find, review, organize, and contact qualified candidates efficiently. Smarter Candidate Sourcing The platform makes candidate sourcing intuitive by accepting natural language prompts, job descriptions, resume text, or manual filters—whatever works for your team's workflow. Define your search criteria the way you think about the role: separate must-have requirements that determine who enters your qualified pool from nice-to-have preferences that influence ranking without changing results. This approach to AI recruiting means you're not just running searches; you're building a focused pool tailored to your specific needs. AI Recruiting That Explains Itself As an AI recruiting platform, Obra Hire compares candidate profiles against your criteria and delivers ranked results with transparency. Each match includes explanations that highlight relevant skills, experience, education, job history, and fit-to-role signals—so you understand why each candidate appears on your shortlist. This candidate screening software approach turns large candidate pools into manageable, ranked lists you can act on immediately. Review and Collaboration Built In Preview full candidate profiles before revealing contact information, then save candidates to projects at no cost and compare them side-by-side. For teams that need shared visibility, Obra Hire functions as HR recruiting software with project-based collaboration. Create a project for each open role, invite teammates to review profiles, and track candidate progress through your pipeline—keeping all sourcing and review activity organized in one platform. Streamlined Outreach When you're ready to contact a candidate, use contact credits to reveal available contact methods including email, phone, or LinkedIn profile. This keeps your candidate review and outreach workflows seamless without managing multiple tools. Automation and Integration Obra Hire supports recruiting automation software workflows through AI-assisted search, ranked matches, ATS integrations, and usage tracking. Whether you're a high-volume hiring operation or a smaller team, you get the tools to automate repetitive work while staying organized. Get Started for Free The Free plan includes 20 contact credits and 1,000 profile views per month, letting you test candidate search capabilities before committing to a subscription. You can search, save candidates, and evaluate results to see if Obra Hire fits your team's hiring needs.
