**What do you like best about Oaky?**

Oaky is an extremely easy to use and integrate system.
Has a versatile and straightforward user UI, making it quick and easy to set up.
It works great with MEWS PMS and has delivered an increase in value and revenue since its launch.
Oaky provides a landing page for the customer to browse and choose additional addons such as room upgrades or services, helping hotels to boost their revenue.
Its capability to smoothly integrate with Mews, room categories and products, takes away all manual work from the Front Desk and the Reservation Team.
Oaky is a well-rounded quick-to-use and deploy Whitelabel solution that will boost your sales from day one.
Extremely valuable for quick deployments with certainty in deliverables and quality.

**What do you dislike about Oaky?**

Would like to see Oaky providing more tools and options for Room Upgrades management.
The ability to control stock and pricing based on occupancy from the previous night.
Additional tools on dynamic pricing that can be aligned with wider commercial strategies and temporary offers.

**Recommendations to others considering Oaky:**

Would recommend Oaky as a quick, easy-to-use solution for small and medium hotels.
It has quick setup and great reporting tools.
Online support is also available all the time.

**What problems is Oaky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oaky is a brilliant extension for Mews PMS.
As it provides an additional point of contact with the customer and helps to realize a higher number of room upgrades and service sales.
It is helping to maximize your customer engagement prior to their stay and push sales for unsold rooms due to their higher quality/hierarchy.
Oaky is a valuable tool for Apart and Boutique hotels where the business is facing bigger diversity in room-type offerings.
This tool will help you to push sales from the lower and cheaper room types in to your higher/quirkier room categories which may remain empty.
