Its the versatility and Compatibality of the differenti plataforms, user-friendly and management all in One place.

**What do you dislike about O2VEND?**

Is not fully integrated and (at least me) got some bugs.

**What problems is O2VEND solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Backend error, freezing, and access to all information in one place.

**What do you like best about O2VEND?**

Easy to use the platform because all products are structured to be simple for every user. It is an SEO-friendly platform and is very good for business. Also they have good customer service.

**What do you dislike about O2VEND?**

Some reports sometimes are not available, but they are working on it. Customer service always tries to provide good service, which is critical for us. I would like to see improvements in year over year reports.

**What problems is O2VEND solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since it is fast, our business is more productive, we do not waste time. Everything is together. Offline availability is good, as well. Since it is easy-to-use every change happens easiliy, too.

**What do you like best about O2VEND?**

The most important and what I like the most is that it solves the basics of setting up your new eCommerce business pretty fast. It provides SEO tools, Point Of Sale tools and Backoffice tools which are the most critical components on every eCommerce platform.

**What do you dislike about O2VEND?**

It still requires some level of knowledge for setting up the initial website and the availability of ready to use functional templates to start with. But I would say that's something pretty common on other systems.

**What problems is O2VEND solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything setup in one single place, not having to worry about the infrastructure because it is already managed by them.
