What do you like best about Numerik?

Numerik is leading the pack in Client Management for both the Sales Rep and Sales Manager. These guys have got this right. I particularly love the Customer Dashboard that gives you the critical facts about a client very quickly to make the visit engaging, meaningful and focused. Numerik is like the Mobile CRM cabin the Sales Team live in, and on the outside it says, step inside to my world of sales visibility, we've got this! Not only are the visibility of numbers very accessible and clear, thy can also focus on the work ons with a Client and have that open and transparent discussion with a Client to maintain and grow the business. Every Team member needs to know did I win or loose today, this tool delivers that with brilliant User Experience, but also delivers the why, be it good, bad or ugly, with a client, its Colour Code Green or not. What do you dislike about Numerik?

What do you like best about Numerik?

The greatest advantage for us was its capability to track sales in real-time. Our sales team needed to know their progress by the hour and even by the minute. Its ability to quickly analyse a customer's spending compared to last year, by brand, and by product type, is also extremely valuable. Our customers want to understand where they have performed well and which products need improvement. Numerik consolidates a lot of information in one user-friendly CRM system, from creating posts to reporting on customer visits and calls to setting forecasts and identifying opportunities in the sales pipeline. It's all there and easy to use for our internal teams or on-the-road salespeople. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Numerik?

The only downside I find is that it's not very friendly for setting up prospective customers. However, we have found a way to make it work. Also, the pipeline doesn't have very good analytical features for pipeline health, such as those that Pipedrive would have. I understand that this is being worked on! What do you like best about Numerik?

Numerik is intuitive and easy to use, offering a depth of information that allows us to drill down to the customer, transaction, and product levels. It provides live, up-to-date data that is quick to access on both desktop and mobile platforms. This enables our sales team to stay on track, monitor their progress, and update their sales forecasts continuously. The platform remains open and is consistently reviewed and updated.

NetSuite has achieved outstanding user adoption among our sales team members, who love it and see tremendous value in it. It not only helps them hit their targets but also inspires and motivates them by allowing real-time viewing of their current and expected commissions and incentives based on run rates and forecasts. What do you dislike about Numerik?

What do you like best about Numerik?

The whole foundation of Numerik is built on the purpose of making Face-to-Face selling efficient and effective. I'm a massive advocate for Business Development Managers/Sales Reps maximising their F2F time with clients, and stripping out anything else that detracts from this.

Numerik makes it simple and effective for BDMs to record their notes and delegate any hack work/admin to the office team.

On top of this the UI is very intuiative and very efficient at putting all the important client intel & analytics right at the BDM's fingertips and equally as effective in displaying this in a dashboard that is not only great for the BDM, but a brilliant asset to share with the client to generate quality selling discussions. Impresses clients too, on the intel we have on their activity.

Live integration back to our ERP is good, and to me a non-negotiable must have to preserve the ERP as the single source of truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Numerik?

There are still a couple of areas that the ERP integration isn't live-syncing yet, namely contacts, opportunities & attachments but I understand this is imminent with their dev team.
