The system is easy to set up and totally user-friendly. You can customize it as much or as little as you like; for me it's best to keep is simple. The most amazing thing about it is that once you refresh your latest changes in a Playlist they instantly start playing - just like magic. We've never experienced any of the unreliability that we had in our last system, which was so frustrating; it's just a joy to work with, in fact, our Plant Manager works in it too as a release from the stress of the day = play time! Prior to finding NoviSign I ended up on something of a crusade looking for a menu board option that you could edit and push out live, vs uploading and changing static images (it's 2025 people!). I was shocked at how difficult it was to locate such a solution. I ended up signing up for a few trials.

In comes NoviSign! NoviSign checked all the boxes. The ability to setup screens, and edit your menu to then push to the screen, as well as template options that fit the needed venues.

One thing I’d love to see improved in NoviSign is the variety of transition effects for slideshows. Right now, the options are pretty basic, and while they get the job done, adding more dynamic transitions could really elevate the visual appeal. Fonts can be an issue when designing content in Windows for signage running on an Android media player. Designers should avoid fonts that can't make the transition, and preview their designs during creation on a sandbox Android player vs. depending on the Window preview. Novisign was a great choice for our company as it was easy to set up and allowed for flexibility in different hard such as screens, fire tv sticks and other options. while billing and adding users was a little difficult customer supports was quick to respond/help. we use this software on a daily/weekly basis and are able to quickly modify any information we want out there. My favorite part about NoviSign is how easy it is to use, and how easy it is to teach new users. It is extremely easy to implement for new deployments, as well as use very often. I am logging in to it multiple times per day to adjust my content. There is an outstanding number of features, and more are added every month! I've been using NoviSign for over 4 years and they have been an amazing platform to work with. Their customer support is always extremely helpful and overall the product just works! The internal UX is a little bit dated, you can tell it was designed a while ago. But it doesn't really matter how the internal behind the scenes UX looks because the software is very efficient and does what it needs to do.
