It is extremely easy to implement for new deployments, as well as use very often. I am logging in to it multiple times per day to adjust my content. There is an outstanding number of features, and more are added every month! Finally, the customer service is top notch and they are quick and responsive. **What do you dislike about NoviSign Digital Signage?** My only criticism is that I wish it were easier to use the Instagram widget. **What problems is NoviSign Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** NoviSign is making it extremely easy to communicate with clients and consumers. ### 2. Their customer support is always extremely helpful and overall the product just works! I love their report screen where I can easily see if a screen is down. NoviSign makes it really easy to run digital signage. **What do you dislike about NoviSign Digital Signage?** The internal UX is a little bit dated, you can tell it was designed a while ago. But it doesn't really matter how the internal behind the scenes UX looks because the software is very efficient and does what it needs to do. It's very easy to use and set up creatives and playlists, just an older look to the software. **What problems is NoviSign Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software allows me to turn tablets and screens into digital signage. ### 3.
