**What do you like best about Notiv?**

I use Notiv to take notes in online client briefing meetings.  The transcription quality is great and I can flick it to the client after the meeting along with action points. It's a nice value add for them.  It syncs with my gmail calendar and joins Zoom calls automatically - so every meeting gets captured automatically. One less thing to remember. Great product.

**What do you dislike about Notiv?**

Free version is great, but there's a ton of features I'd like to use in the paid version.

**Recommendations to others considering Notiv:**

Definitely worth trialing if you are having a high volume of online meetings.

**What problems is Notiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Covid-19 impact, I'm having up to 8 online meetings with clients and contractors a day. 
Notiv is takes minutes of the meetings so I can focus on understanding the client's needs. 
Rather than have action points jotted down on pieces of paper, I get a summary.
