## About NinjaOne
NinjaOne is the unified IT operations platform that helps IT teams and managed service providers manage, secure, and support every endpoint from a single cloud-native console. Nearly 40,000 customers across 140+ countries use NinjaOne to replace fragmented point tools with one platform built to scale. The platform brings together the core work of modern IT operations: endpoint management, autonomous patch management, vulnerability management, endpoint and SaaS backup, remote access, and IT service desk. Teams monitor and control Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and virtual devices in one place, automate routine work with policy-based automation and human-centered AI, and cut the cost and risk that come from running many disconnected tools. NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness. NinjaOne has maintained a 98 percent customer satisfaction score for more than five years, backed by free unlimited onboarding and 24/7 support in seven languages. Organizations that move to NinjaOne report replacing four or more separate tools with the single platform. NinjaOne is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized and SOC 2 Type II and Type III compliant, and supports audit-ready compliance evidence across frameworks including CMMC, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. ## NinjaOne Reviews
 ### 1. Amazing product with great support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** meaza K. | Managed service Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is easy to learn and work but powerful to do everything i need. It has a great customer support and integration is easy and straight forward. It will not take long to implement and use it in action. It is a great product in every way.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing to dislike everything is perfect.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company is a managed service provider with thousands of assets. Ninja makes it easy to do our job on monitoring and taking actions by bringing everything in a single dashboard.

 ### 2. Clean, Fast, and Great Value—With Smooth Deployment and Strong Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s a clean platform that’s easy to navigate, so it’s simple to find what you need. I also like that it integrates with Sentinel One and has been straightforward to deploy. We received great support from the NO team, and they have excellent tools that help automate many parts of the deployment process. Overall, NO feels like an excellent value for a tool that’s quick and easy to use, while still being capable and fast.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some of the Mac support, especially OOBE is a little light. Would like to rely less on scripting and work through the interface to get what we want done.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have a dedicated IT department so having something that we can deploy ourselves and eliminated a fractional team has been amazing.

 ### 3. NinjaOne is a Solid, Industry-Respected Tool Suite for MSP Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne, as a company, is always finding new ways to improve, refine, and support their product. They listen to their partners, they listen to their community, they hire skilled and thoughtful talent, and they test everything. Their suite of products reflect that.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There's a fear that as they expand their offerings and features, their support for and integrations with other MSP tools might lose quality or attention.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use NinjaOne as a remote support and automation tool for detecting, reporting on, and in many cases automatically remediating issues. This is one of Ninja's strengths; their tools are fast, robust, and feature-rich. The cumulative suite of monitors, conditions, alerts, discovery tools, and other RMM-related items serves to increase our visibility into our clients' environments.

 ### 4. Organized Ticketing and Handy Remote Scripting, but Ticket Search Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie A. | Technical Support Engineer Apprentice, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the ticketing system. I think it gives users like me a good way to organise tickets into different categories, which helps keep things tidy and makes the overall view look cleaner. I also like the scripting aspect of the remote desktop connection, because you don’t need to be on the device to perform an action.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

i dont like the search for the tickets i think that could use some modifications as when i search id like it to search for the word in the title and not the whole ticket if thats what it currently does and maybe give an option on ticket or just title.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

im able to do my job by assisting end users with their day to day problems.

 ### 5. An excellent all rounder platform with great on hand support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Support has always been available at short notice, and any issues I’ve raised have been resolved in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I feel there could be more easily accessible informational details within the main policy configuration pages to help me understand the behaviour better when I’m first configuring a new feature. The Dojo knowledgebase is available and is a good resource, but it’s a separate platform that we have to use, so it would be helpful to have slightly more detailed information available directly in the dashboard, such as through tooltips.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, our management tools were lacking in modern features and capabilities. The NinjaOne platform feels like an all-encompassing solution that can help us grow our business more efficiently, while also delaying the necessity of expanding our staff.

 ### 6. Easy to use, responsive support, and stable API

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis B. | Ingénieur systèmes & réseaux, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The use is simple and getting started is easy. The support is responsive and answers quickly. The API is functional, stable, and adequately meets the needs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Only negative point with the time: no integration with a Git repository of Ninja scripts

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

injaOne provides us with a continuously updated hardware and software inventory, thus offering a response within minutes to any compliance or patching question across the entire scope. Above all, any repetitive operation that had to be redone entity by entity is now executed once.

 ### 7. Simple patching and quick system overview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy U. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple patching and a quick overview of my system. In addition, there is free support and training as well as an overall absolutely uncomplicated interaction.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The initial phase is – as with any major program – a hurdle at first. However, once everything was set up, the initial problems vanished into thin air.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a very small IT team and have to manage multiple locations without being able to be on-site. For this, we needed quick, uncomplicated access to servers and devices – exactly what Ninja One solves for us. Additionally, we previously lacked an overview of our computers, their patch status, and the installed software. We were also able to map this with Ninja and track it much better. Through the integration of Sentinel One (AV software), it was also possible for us to significantly simplify the deployment without having to involve an intermediary.

 ### 8. Excellent Software, Even Better Support from NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Excellent software, even better support. NinjaOne feels like it is constantly evolving and they are with you the whole way.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It does take time to fully adopt the product but it is much easier than competitors as the support is top notch

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a one person support team for a small business the NinjaOne suite helps me stay on top of things. Endpoint management is awesome, getting to glance at the health of our systems quickly is very helpful. Patch management just works and gives a lot of flexibility for the users who don't want to restart their computers right away. MDM is also easy to implement and gave me a handle on our Macs and iPad that I struggled to find elsewhere.

 ### 9. Makes Endpoint Management Stress-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruhi S. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

All-in-One Platform – It combines remote monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation in one place, which saves time.
Reliable Remote Access – Connecting to client devices is quick and stable, making remote troubleshooting much easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting Can Be Improved – While useful, the reporting options sometimes require extra customization to get exactly what I need.
Learning Advanced Features Takes Time – The basics are easy, but some advanced automation and scripting features have a learning curve.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brings monitoring, patching, and remote access into one place
Automates repetitive tasks
Catches issues early

 ### 10. Intuitive UI/UX, Smooth Onboarding, and Powerful Ninja Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

UI/UX is super intuitive, i really like it. Big Pro for me is Ninja Remote and Remote Shells for easier access to devices. Integrations can be pushed more: Veeam, Sophos, Switch Vendors, etc. It should be possible to input all Company Devices to Ninja somehow to also create automatic documentation with AI for example (which would be a big selling point)
Onboarding is a breeze. Never had Problems with that.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing Really. API is maybe a little bit too complicated and more endpoints could be available to make coding easier. No Teams Notifications are also a Nogo for me

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing all our Customers devices in one Place with remote access. Saves a lot of time and makes things and ofc monitoring much more easier.

 ### 11. Amazing UI, Seamless Integrations, and Time-Saving AI Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Amazing product and amazing staff, with an incredible UI and customizable pricing models. It integrates really well with the rest of our product stack and has a low impact on system performance. The support team has been easy to work with, and their AI tools have helped us reduce the amount of time we spend on tickets.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing at all! I've been a client for almost 10 years now

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are always adapting and creating new product offerings without upcharging them to us if they are a native product.

 ### 12. Very Intuitive Automation and Scripts, with Useful Custom Groups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shadh Z. | Sr Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

VERY intuitive, specially when it comes to automation and scripts
Custom groups are very useful

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Custom filters are missing a bunch of obvious options
Software inventory updates take a long time
Need some enterprise grade, on-the-fly reporting tools (lets say I want to set up a weekly windows 10, lower than 24H2 endpoint count, last connected parts for the next 2 weeks)

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security and RMM baseline Compliance
Patching
Tackling Vulnerabilities - Continuous Checks
Device Highlights
Script pushing
Remote support
Integration with existing tools
Onboarding new PCs (how easily they are auto grouped)

 ### 13. Easy to Use, Backed by a Great Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul O. | President & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use and the team behind it. We started using NinjaOne after years of using Datto RMM and we loved it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It is scripting heavy and training can be a little hard to follow but I know they are always updating it so I am starting to see improvements.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is an all-inclusive tool for us. We have the ability to manage our client sites and users along with ad-hoc support events. It has been a massive savings for us.

 ### 14. A Driving Force Behind Our Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David V. | Principal / Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja's flexibility as a product overall allows us to support and manage diverse environments. While its scripting engine has allows us the no-hands onsite ability to deliver, update and modify nearly anything.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Third Party integration, when connecting a third party tool it seems to be able to see/access all tenant in a multi tenant system.

If a client asks to integrate a ticketing system and you need to use the third party approach, we were unable to limit it seeing other tenants.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What didnt it solve..

 ### 15. Clean, Fast, All-in-One IT Management with Truly Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amol B. | Technical Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out thanks to its clean, intuitive interface, which is easy to navigate from day one. It combines patching, monitoring, and remote access in a single, streamlined platform, so everything feels cohesive. The automation features save time on repetitive tasks and help reduce human error.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting and analytics can feel limited when you have more advanced requirements or need executive-level insights. Pricing can also rise as you scale the number of devices and add add-ons. Scripting and automation are powerful, but they come with a learning curve.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps address the complexity of managing and securing multiple endpoints across different environments. It brings monitoring, patching, and remote access together in a single, easy-to-use platform, which makes day-to-day administration more straightforward. Automated alerts and remediation help reduce downtime and cut down on manual intervention.

This email archiving product is crucial for the medical practices that use my company’s services. It has an easy-to-use interface, and the setup and billing process are straightforward. Upload and download times are fast, and the pricing is competitive. For any new client that needs HIPAA and PHI protection, it’s a no-brainer to use.

I wish I could bill clients directly as an option.

We love how the NinjaOne RMM work with, with no performance issues. My absolute favorite thing is that there's transparency in updates and features.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Absolutely nothing. The features are exactly what I was wanting and needing.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A replacement for our old RMM which has given us more features than our former software had.

 ### 18. Efficient Configuration Automation and Device Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I also appreciate the intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and use on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I haven't had any major problems with NinjaOne. The only challenge is that some advanced features require time to learn and fully understand, but overall the platform is easy to use and very effective.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems NinjaOne has helped us solve are the mass deployment of configurations to users across the organization and verifying that managed devices are up to date. This has saved us time, reduced manual effort, and improved the overall management of our IT infrastructure.

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

the quick and easy interface, options for reviewing and taking over computers, the update policy for windows. Support feels personal with a dedicated person. Integration with Bitdefender has it's problems but NinjaOne is more than willen to help with that.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It's not a viable option for everything related to business computers

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient updating over every computer with custom text to convince employees to update and restart their computer without pushing it. Quick control over the computer without the need for 6 sub-systems like M365 had

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

being on the sales side of an MSP, software can be very complicated for my team and I to navigate on a daily basis when trying to work with our clients. Ninja makes it extremely easy to move around in a client's environment and provide reports and updates to our point of contacts on hardware lifecycle. We look like heroes from the Ninja solution.

It makes it easier to keep track of overall system health and helps simplify routine IT management tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced configurations may take time to learn for new users. Depending on the environment, setting up monitoring policies can also require some initial effort.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps centralize device monitoring, remote management, and maintenance activities in one platform. This benefits me by reducing manual effort, improving visibility into device status, and making IT operations more efficient.

 ### 23. Ninja is improving our processes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja has been great for our department. As we have grown, so has our need for a greater scope of management of our computer systems. We have greater insights into each of our systems from a single pane of glass. We get alerts for issues so we can be more proactive in our issues and stay on top of updates. Our team loves using ninja because it has improved some of our processes.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One of the downsides of ninja one is reporting feels somewhat limited. I feel this is an area that could be improved.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to manage updates, deploy software and get notifications about issues with devices. This helps us stay on top of a growing fleet of computers.

 ### 24. Best-in-Class Reps and Support—We’ve Never Felt Left in the Dark

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan W. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

They have the best reps that are always helpful. Every request is met with responses as if they were their own inquiries. We’ve never felt left in the dark with NinjaOne. Unlike all the other companies we’ve tried. Having a good rep is one of the most important traits that people often disregard.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

In the two years we’ve been working with NinjaOne I can proudly say we’ve yet to encounter a negative experience.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RMM that doesn’t suck, MDM, patch management, workstation, server and cloud backups

 ### 25. All-in-One Platform with Room for Better Ticket Search

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy G. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ability to do multiple things within one platform, e.g. patching, ticketing, device warranty etc. Easy to push out software once learned how. Support from team is usually good.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

You can change the requester information, then submit something on the ticket, and the requester information will be lost, and you have to input it again. Backup solution has little support for Linux.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a ticketing system that our helpdesk team can use, and provides an overall view of our devices and servers for our system administrators.

 ### 26. Reliable Remote Desktop, Strong Automation, and Affordable SaaS Backup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Reliable Remote Desktop functionality that's included in the base price. Good automation features. I can manage Windows and macOS endpoints reliably. macOS MDM works with Apple Business. The SaaS Backup is a really affordable way to back up data, and I prefer it over file backup.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

They have a large amount of automation scripts, but I often have to find a script elsewhere. I would like to have custom categories for scripts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with operational efficiency. The faster I can close a task, the faster I can move on the the next one. I was also looking for a platform in which I can manage all endpoints (UEM): macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android. It's great that they signed a BAA which is required by my healthcare clients.

 ### 27. All in one: automation, remote, backups, metrics, and access to the antivirus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio L. | Técnico de Sistemas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The combination in a single tool of details about the equipment, automations, and remote connection along with the ability to perform backups and have very quick access to the equipment's antivirus.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes the segmentation of permissions can be confusing and it would improve the views of the devices.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve the problem of managing many teams in a decentralized manner by unifying everything in a panel separated by organizations and allowing the creation of policies for endpoints globally or by organization.

 ### 28. Easy to Use, Excellent Documentation, and Powerful App Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin S. | CEO an Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It's quite easy to use, one of the best documentations and it offers a lot of possibilities to interact with other or own third-party-Apps

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Especially in the case of scriptbased events monitoring I'm just noticed a few strange things happened. For example a daily script running every at 12 AM tooks up to 16h to run or to respond.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's coming up more and more to be a informational base to get a fast view about actual issues. So it's supports me to more to act than react.

 ### 29. Automation That Saves Time and Simplifies Maintenance

Automation – Routine tasks like patching and maintenance can be automated, saving time and reducing manual work.

Limited customization – Some dashboards and reports could offer more flexibility to match specific workflows.
Mobile app could improve – The mobile experience is useful but lacks some features available on the desktop version.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized device management – It lets me manage all endpoints from one place, making daily IT tasks much easier.
Faster issue resolution – Remote access allows me to troubleshoot problems quickly without needing to be on-site.

 ### 30. Excited to see what other features are added to the platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alvy M. | IT Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Remote patch management is straightforward and keeps IT operations simple. The script library is excellent, and the interface makes it easy to identify relevant CVEs when we troubleshoot patch issues. Pricing per device and add‑ons is clear and competitive. My favorite feature is ad hoc discovery via Active Directory, which lets us deploy agents to devices we haven’t physically accessed yet, as well as new machines that might otherwise be missed.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MDM doesn't allow unattended Android Access. and other MDM/RMM out in the market have this capability.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne handles vulnerability management and scanning across our end‑user computers. When a patch is released and has issues, we’re notified in real time and can resolve it quickly. Overall, it has been a great platform to use, with the few caveats I’ve already mentioned.

 ### 31. Helpful Dojo Knowledge Base and Easy Device Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen T. | System Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The dojo is helpful knowledge base for common and intermediate issues. Creating new devices and adding them to our organization is fairly easy to do.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Creating a policy can be frustrating if a specific feature is not available (ex: enforcing a policy on a web browser besides browser extensions), forcing users to use an alternative source if one is available.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping us keep hundreds of devices secure and updated with scripts and scheduled tasks for patching, antivirus and other automation tools in the library.

 ### 32. NinjaOne has been an easy to setup all-in-one solution for our company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karsten S. | Network Systems Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is easily accessible, training is completely free and always available, and they are very quick to assist with any questions you may have.

We use a lot of their applications - RMM, endpoint management, MDM, and patching. All of their applications have made our jobs easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When we go to add suggestions to their features board - the suggestion will not appear as submitted.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne make endpoint management a lot easier for us. It really helps to have our ticketing board, update policies, and endpoints all in one spot.

 ### 33. Powerful, reliable, and intuitive, and backed by a team that communicates better than most vendors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Byrom J. | CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Powerful features, great communication from the NinjaOne team, very reliable platform, good pricing, incredibly fast delivery of new features, and intuitive user interfaces.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some products and features are not yet finished, but the pace of development at NinjaOne quickly fixes this.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne Backup makes auditing our backups and keeping them reliable and useful incredibly easy. NinjaOne RMM and MDM are incredibly powerful for managing endpoints and work extremely fast, making it possible for our small team to keep up with hundreds of devices.

 ### 34. Seamless Integration with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jae K. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne works seamlessly with Intune and Jamf. We rely on Intune and Jamf Pro for onboarding, then use NinjaOne as RMM after for OS and Software Patching. Its policy and automation also make it easy to manage “Early Adopter” testing rings for more flexible options to our users

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Windows agent is incredibly powerful with almost every option you need, but the macOS agent could be improved more, especially when compared with dedicated MDM solutions like Jamf Pro and Kandji, now Iru before.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, both OS and Software patching for Windows felt like a blocker, often forcing reboots or disrupting users at the worst times. NinjaOne addresses this by giving much more granular, just-in-time control over patching third-party applications, so updates can be managed without any down time.

 ### 35. Active Directory access, NinjaOne system mode, and top-notch script deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxime R. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like the most:
* Access to Active Directory tools directly from the tools
* The operation of Ninja in system mode
* The deployment of scripts and optimization

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When a client is already on NinjaOne and we need to migrate them to another NinjaOne environment, it is necessary to uninstall NinjaOne from the IT infrastructure to then install the new NinjaOne.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me solve the inventory needs for IT parks and helps me deploy applications in bulk.

 ### 36. Inventory History Helps, but Repository Issues Hold It Back

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** André I. | Supervisor de TI South America - Infraestrutura, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We have an inventory an history resource use

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The report cannot show us the real status.... it's not update.... EG. I'd like to see the connected machines x offline and the report is not update. Sometimes show the machine is online and conected and i'd like to reboot de machine and when I try, the sw cannot give the permission because is of line.... I cannot trust the report

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

inventory... but only because I cannot had... and the Ninja one inventory is not so updated

 ### 37. N1 : Robust toolbox for organizational device management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** buffalo f. | Field Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Wide range of tools for device management. Task automation and scripting, remote access, remote powershell / command prompt, registry, file access, OS and software update management.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

User can easily, accidentally, run automated task list for ALL DEVICES in an organization, if the company only uses 1 organization. Activities reporting from devices can lag by many minutes, causing confusion.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device Management is much easier with the various tools available; including Mobile Device Management, patch application and 'stage 2' PC builds (post Windows Update / domain add).

 ### 38. Clean, Intuitive RMM for Real-Time Device Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sameer V. | Infra Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy-to-use Interface – The dashboard is clean and intuitive, making device management simple.
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) – It allows real-time monitoring and quick issue resolution from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Limited Customization – Some dashboards and reports could offer more customization options.
Pricing Transparency – Pricing isn't publicly listed, making it harder to compare with competitors.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated Routine Tasks – Automates patching, updates, and maintenance, saving significant IT time.
Improved Security – Keeps systems up to date and alerts the team to potential issues early.

 ### 39. Effortless Device Management with Flexible, Detailed Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared K. | IT Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It's easy to manage all of our devices, remote access, automatic updates without much effort. Device reports can be tailored to be very simple or report on every detail of the asset.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Can not create a custom dashboard for ticket monitoring across multiple departments. This could be due to the way we operate and our specific wish.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushing out updates to multiple devices. Remote access to be able to support remote users without having to travel. Being able to manage many devices with a small 2 man team.

 ### 40. Fast, Responsive Support and an Easy Setup Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel G. | IT Help Desk Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Support is super fast at getting back to you when issues come up, and the product is easy to set up so you can get up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish they were a bit more flexible with pricing, because it’s not ideal for smaller MSPs when you’re just getting started.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s an easy ticketing system and also a secondary way to access computers remotely. It includes a warranty tracker, which is one of the biggest features for me, along with patch management.

 ### 41. Complete RMM with a streamlined UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John L. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Provides everything I need for remote monitoring and management for all my sites. I really like the simple at-a-glance dashboard for the overall status of my systems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Building reports is lacking. The UI is generally clean and simple but for reporting it is too clean and simple that there's no granularity to customize the reports. There's a few stock reports and generic data tables.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple and direct remote management. Being able to connect to the end user without having to help them install/update a remote tool and enter the code.
Centralized patch management for both OS and software is a massive time-saver. Being able to see at a glance all the stations and what patches are installed/missing/failed/etc. is critical.

 ### 42. Rapid Remote Access and Proactive Endpoint Management with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelo C. | IT Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most valuable aspect of NinjaOne is the rapid remote access to endpoints, seamless integration of automations, and the ability to proactively manage system health.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't have any major dislikes, but sometimes it takes a few attempts to successfully connect to an end-user's machine due to initial connection failures

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that Ninja solves is tool fragmentation and reactive maintenance. Instead of using separate software for remote access, patch management, and monitoring, everything is consolidated into one plataform

 ### 43. NinjaOne: powerful automation, intuitive interface, and useful integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Automation is clearly one of NinjaOne's strengths: it allows for significant time savings on recurring tasks (patching, scripts, deployments). The interface is intuitive and pleasant to use on a daily basis, which makes it easy for teams to get started. The integrations are also very useful for centralizing IT management and improving overall visibility. Overall, the tool is reliable, efficient, and well-suited for professional use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

there are still some elements missing on the Report side

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has allowed us to resolve a lack of visibility and significantly reduce manual tasks. Automation (patching, scripts, deployments) saves us several hours per week and improves our responsiveness. Result: fewer incidents, better security, and more efficient IT management.

 ### 44. Seamless Tool Sync and Smart, Easy-to-Manage Access in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe C. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s given us the ability to synchronize so many tools we were already using, and to access them intelligently from one place that’s easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Any issues we’ve had with the product, we’ve raised with our account rep or support staff, and we’ve received a suitable resolution within hours or by the next day. We don’t have any current issues.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us streamline our ticketing and support process, while providing our customers with a more consistent support experience.

 ### 45. I love NinjaOne!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cacy L. | Desktop Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been a product that I can turn to that provides me with really in-depth information about my users and what their computers are like. The interface is intuitive, and working with the problem is seamless

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isn't *yet* browser management for browsers like firefox, safari, other non-edge/chrome browsers but I know this will come in time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne gives me the ability to assist users in their day by remote functions, scripting, cmd line interactions, checking status of computers, and so much more.

 ### 46. Powerful UI, Easy Patching, and a Supportive NinjaOne Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley A. | Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The functionality, the UI, patching & ease of use. I also like the relationships we get with the Ninja One team, who are at hand to help when needed

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been great, but it is missing some out of the box features from some legacy RMMs, such as using the data from service failures etc and displaying that on a dashboard. IE, log in failures.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patching at scale, managing my organisations devices across every global region & defining custom policies per region

 ### 47. Powerful, Easy-to-Use All-in-One IT Management Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a powerful, all-in-one IT management platform that allows us to manage endpoints and servers, provide remote support, deploy applications and maintain security through patch management. It is easy to use, reliable and continuously improving with new features and enhancements.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a solid platform overall, but its reporting, advanced automation and a few enterprise-level features could be more robust. Even so, the product keeps evolving and improving, with frequent updates that show steady progress.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne enables us to securely support and manage non-domain devices with reliable remote access, while also providing centralized endpoint management. We’re currently exploring its patch management capabilities so we can implement a staged Windows update process, with the goal of improving both efficiency and security.

 ### 48. Simple and Reliable All-in-One IT Management Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla O. | Software Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Its clean UI/UX makes it easy to navigate, the performance is reliable, and the integrations with other tools help streamline workflows. I also like the automation and patch management features, which improve efficiency and ROI, along with smooth onboarding and responsive support.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It can feel a bit limited when it comes to deeper customization and some integrations could be more flexible.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps me centralize device management, automate routine tasks, and simplify remote support, saving me time and improving efficiency in daily operations.

 ### 49. Daily use of NinjaOne in the MSP space

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers excellent features, such as NinjaOne Remote and Splashtop, so we are never unable to access an endpoint. The Active Directory tool has been a time-saver for password changes. We no longer have to remote into the server. We can change the password from the NinjaOne dashboard. NinjaOne BDR has also been a huge up sell for us.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It would be nice to have better navigation on the dashboard to go to client by name on the side then to find the device.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That we do not have to go on-site to view what is happening on end-user PCs. NinjaOne also has a streamlined patch application. NinjaOne has allowed us to automate checking PCs are always up to date with latest patching.

 ### 50. Strong monitoring and alerting, but UI partly unclear

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonas G. | Junior Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

- Centrally viewable
- Many manufacturer and user documentations
- Many alerting and monitoring options
- Changes are transmitted to clients almost immediately
- Some good integrations

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

- The UI could be clearer in some areas, for example, certain settings like the alerting policies are very hidden.
- Ninja.one should offer its own LAPS solution that should work independently of a local AD.
- A bit too high in price.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Central Device Management
- Keep an eye on OS updates
- Keep an eye on client issues through alerting
