"All-in-One Management Hub That Simplifies MSP Workflows"
4.5/5
Describe the project or task NinjaOne helped with:

NinjaOne provides a comprehensive suite of tools for MSPs to manage client devices efficiently. Key features include remote monitoring and management (RMM), endpoint management, patching, and mobile device management (MDM). The platform also offers automation capabilities, custom fields, and a responsive customer service team to assist with any issues. With NinjaOne, MSPs can streamline operations, reduce downtime, and enhance service delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The number of tools available in one centralized management hub is excellent. We use this management and monitoring system daily for our clients, and as an MSP supporting many organizations, it makes serving our customers much simpler.

With alerts, automations, scripts, custom fields, and NinjaOne Remote with behind-the-scenes access, we can quickly find device information and keep tabs on overall health. The areas we most commonly implement for our organizations are RMM, endpoint management, and patching. We’ve also started expanding into other services, such as MDM and NinjaOne Connect, and once you learn each module, they’re easy to roll out across the board.

Whenever we need assistance, customer service is quick to respond and, when necessary, escalates to qualified technicians for the specific scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Endpoint Management and Automation Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like most about NinjaOne is how it combines monitoring, remote access, patch management, and automation into a single platform. The automation features have reduced repetitive administrative work and improved response times, while the real-time alerts help us identify and resolve issues before they become major problems. The platform is intuitive, performs well, and has become a key part of our service delivery workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

There is very little to dislike about NinjaOne, but some areas could benefit from improvement. Custom reporting could be more flexible, and certain administrative tasks require navigating multiple screens. Additional AI-assisted troubleshooting, smarter alert prioritisation, and expanded automation templates would help reduce manual effort even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne Makes Endpoint Management and Remote Support Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like most about NinjaOne is how easy it is to manage endpoints and provide remote support from a single console. The remote access tools are reliable, device information is presented clearly, and the built-in automation helps reduce repetitive administrative tasks. As an MSP engineer, I also find the alerting and monitoring features useful for identifying issues before users report them, which helps improve response times and overall service delivery. Compared to the value it provides, I feel NinjaOne is competitively priced. Having remote access, monitoring, patch management, software deployment, and automation in a single platform reduces the need for multiple tools and simplifies day-to-day operations. The time saved through automation and proactive monitoring alone helps justify the investment. While there are some areas that could be improved, particularly around reporting and customisation, the overall value for money has been very good for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

While NinjaOne is generally easy to use, some areas of the platform can feel less polished than others. Reporting could be more flexible, especially when creating custom reports for different clients. Occasionally, certain settings or policies can be difficult to locate without navigating through multiple menus, and the mobile experience is not as strong as the desktop interface. The platform continues to improve, but there are still opportunities to enhance customisation and provide deeper reporting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impowered Our MSP to Resolve Issues Quickly and Grow Quickly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I love NinjaOne's Customer Support. Any software our company deals with always has excellent customer service. If we are down, we want to be able to call on a trusted support team to get them resolved quickly, which Ninja has always strived with.

Their tools are by far the best in the game, making site navigation smooth and easy for our clients to manage.

Implementation is super easy as the MSI doesn't prompt the user for anything and allows for a smooth onboarding.

We have integrated with two or three different platforms that Ninja supports including our PSA tool making it a one-stop shop for all of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

So far, we have yet to come across a dislike. There is one small Feature request we would like to see come to life and be apart of their platform, but we have yet to get it approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Single Portal for Easy Device Management, Remediation, and Remote Support"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The layout of the platform is clear, user-focused and easy to navigate. The relevant information is displayed, and columns can be easily added and changed depending on your needs. The agent gathers all necessary device data, which is especially useful when a device is offline. Knowing that update and patch management are automated lets us focus on other areas of the business. Being able to quickly connect to end users through their device, including the ability to input administrator credentials when needed, is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

No ability yet to send a message before connecting to a device, but I understand this is under development. It would also be useful to send a message to a device without a user logged in, as currently the chat function is only enabled during user login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern UI, Fast Deployment, and Powerful Machine Access and Management"
4/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The UI is very clean and modern. It’s easy to navigate, keeps clutter to a minimum, and makes it quick to train new techs.

Deployment is fast thanks to a lightweight agent and straightforward endpoint onboarding. Patch management is also a strong point, with reliable OS and common app patching, plus scheduling and approval controls.

Remote access tools are excellent: remote control is smooth, performance is good, and the session features are genuinely useful. Automation and scripting are flexible as well, with policies, scripts, and workflows that help reduce repetitive work.

Monitoring and alerts are clear, with sensible thresholds and good visibility into overall device health. Asset and inventory visibility is another highlight; hardware and software inventory is easy to pull for audits and planning.

Integrations with ticketing/PSA tools work well and help keep the workflow centralized. Reporting is solid too, with useful built-in reports for patch status, device compliance, and operational metrics. Support has been a good experience overall, with responsive help and strong documentation/community resources, though it can vary by region. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Pricing can add up: costs may rise as you add features, endpoints, or optional modules.

Some advanced features feel “power-user”: deeper automation/reporting can take time to master.

Limited customization in a few areas: certain dashboards/reports/layouts aren’t as flexible as expected.

Occasional alert noise: monitoring needs tuning to avoid too many notifications.

Third-party patch coverage varies: not every app is covered equally; may need custom scripts for niche software.

Remote session feature gaps: depending on your needs, you might miss a couple of advanced remote-control extras found in dedicated tools.

Mac/Linux depth may differ: cross-platform is supported, but Windows management is usually the strongest.

Feature requests take time: some improvements depend on roadmap timing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionalised Our Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Automations work as expected, patching (software and OS) is reliable, Ninja Remote is easy to use for both us and end user, remote powershell/cmd works well too. (There's now even background remote so we can log on and view event viewer for example without disturbing end user). NinjaOne is very easy to set up, customer service is fantastic and I often hear from my account manager who wants to check in with us. Active Discord community where both other customers and NinjaOne staff are on hand to assist. I am able now as well to remote into my Linux devices!

I like how I can see everything in one portal and that they are always adding new features. Even better is we can SSO onto the platform and it supports passkeys!

We are using it for documentation and our IT knowledge base and it is good to have everything in one place for our techs. I am also using it for vulnerability management between Defender and Crowdstrike as it's good to have everything in one place on the system I can actually do remediation work on and patching.

I have recently started testing backups with my NAS and this was so easy to set up, I am speechless! We use it to backup our servers too (even Linux now!) and even doing an image back up lets us go on and download individual documents for when a user has 'misplaced' something and we don't want to do a full server recovery. Although it does let us do a full recovery too easily using the tool that NinjaOne provide. That has worked well with our vSphere environment and provided a full server image recovery.

I use NinjaOne every day and I honestly would be lost without it as would my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Devices that are offline are shown as unhealthy on the dashboard which I would prefer to not be included in the statistics. It does let me customise other health information though which is good.

I wish I could run patching/scripts on a scheduled basis if its missed, I think this is an upcoming feature... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Your all-in-one remote desktop solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne offers a wide range of tools for remote desktop services, making it easy to apply changes without interrupting the end user. I also like that you can write scripts in CMD or PowerShell, and that Ninja provides a library of ready-made scripts that can be deployed to a computer almost instantly. From the available windows, you can open File Explorer and Task Manager, which helps you quickly pinpoint deeper issues, such as memory leaks. The platform is straightforward to learn, and most key functions are clearly displayed on the dashboard. Customer support has been excellent as well, with one-to-one sessions in addition to standard technical support. As someone who uses the full feature set regularly, I rarely run into problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

When remotely connected to a user, there are no chat logs available. As a result, the technician has to either take screenshots or manually copy the conversation across. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PXE Imaging and New PC Automation That Dramatically Speeds Up Deployment"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

My absolute favorite feature is the imaging with PXE boot. I have coupled that with a "new pc" automation script to add our break glass admin, name the PC, and add it to the appropriate OU. This has significantly reduce our time from box to user on new machines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

This is a difficult question to answer because there really isn't anything. The only thing I could maybe point to was adding apps to Apple devices when integrated with Apple Business Manager but it is honestly 100% on the Apple side, not Ninja. Any MDM will encounter the same frustrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An intuitive and efficient platform for endpoint management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like most about NinjaOne is the simplicity of the platform, combined with the ability to centralize endpoint management. The interface is intuitive, making daily work more fluid and allowing for device monitoring, task automation, patch management, and remote support from a single location. I also highlight the speed of implementation, the reliability of monitoring, and the flexibility of automations, which help reduce repetitive tasks and increase the efficiency of the IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Although NinjaOne is quite a comprehensive platform, I still see some areas where it could evolve. In certain scenarios, the options for customizing reports and dashboards could be more advanced and flexible, to better meet specific needs. Additionally, some more complex configurations and automations require a longer learning time before they can be fully utilized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
