They have great customer service, always answering my emails & it's a really cool app! It's user-friendly as I have no tech skills, helps my team work together because without Niimblr, video editing was an absolute nightmare through Whatsapp, I can give quick feedback to my team, it's designed specifically for creators of digital things like me.
