For Restaurants with simple needs **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2021 **What do you like best about nFocus?** The user interface for USERs on the Front end and back-office is very simple and userfriendly. I am able to teach employees or key managers to update which is GREAT. Everything is self-explanatory on the user layout and is great to use whenever you are running a fast paced, busy restaurant! **What do you dislike about nFocus?** No complaints. This is really that simple to edit and modify. I'm not sure if modifications for more complicated things will perform well with this. Easy to edit buttons and trouble shooting things have been easy with zero errors. **Recommendations to others considering nFocus:** If your needs are pretty simple, straight forward and basic, this offers great value. I've never used it for reporting besides item sales, timecards and revenue. **What problems is nFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is our restaurants point of sale system. It has been easy to manage and having staff edit pricing and hasn't been difficult. On an everyday use it has done it's job! ### 2. It makes it easier to keep up with point of sale of products and services. **What do you dislike about nFocus?** It can be a little slow sometimes. There are times that you have to refresh the screen in order to see the updated information about sales and products. **Recommendations to others considering nFocus:** I would recommend this software. **What problems is nFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've realized that nfocus can keep track of past, present and future transactions. ### 4. It is easy to add/remove/change menu items and prices, which is great given changing specials. It allows us to create any reports we need and tracks inventory usage well. **What do you dislike about nFocus?** I wish there was more customization of reports allowed, but it isn't a dealbreaker by any stretch. **Recommendations to others considering nFocus:** If you don't need anything fancy or complicated, this is the way to go.
