  ### 1. Very Bad Left Max Bid Amount and they never placed our bid

**What do you like best about NextLot Auction?**

Nothing they will not follow through on your left bids and when you call they just tell you sorry we screwed up STAY AWAY if you want your bid to count  what a waste of time

**What do you dislike about NextLot Auction?**

I enrolled to leave bids for items at the Alex Lyons Auction in NJ. I received emails stating that they would bid up to the amount I placed and that I would get a email if I was outbid.  Well guess what none of my bids were placed and the equipment was sold for less then my Max bid. When I called I was told there was a bee flying around and they forgot to place my bid  I call that BS I know Mr. Lyons and he would have stopped the bidding to remove the bee.  So if you want to leave a bid for this company to bid beware they might not place it for you and they will tell you sorry but oh well.

**What problems is NextLot Auction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none they just said sorry nothing we can do aution is over and we did not place your bid  what a waste of time going to look at the equipment find another company to place your bid

**What do you like best about NextLot Auction?**

I used this tool several times as a used car sale manager. It helped create a better buying experience for our customers and moved cars that we had sitting on our lot for months.

**What do you dislike about NextLot Auction?**

Live video feed was a little glitchy at times so you couldn't see the true quality of the car we were purchasing. If this was fixed I would have rated this tool a 10.

**What problems is NextLot Auction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helped move a lot of cars for us and also helped us keep up our inventory of popular cars sold in our area.
