Detailed documentation available for all the versions available allowing developers to custom pick a particular version and customise templates as per the needs.

**What do you dislike about NextGen Virtual Visits?**

Finding the right functions or features takes a lot of time, it's like they are nested in deep branches and take more number of clicks which can be resolved by easing the UI through customer feedbacks. Sometimes the support was confused while trying to resolve our query. They can also try redesigning their interface and making the UI more interactive for users.

**Recommendations to others considering NextGen Virtual Visits:**

Starting with documentation can be confusing in the start as the new versions come out with a significant change and finding the particular version documentation may take a while.

Custom configuration and installation of software according to client needs and 24x7 support is really helpful for instant production. As a Software developer, I've tried other EMR services but NextGen happens to be perfect fit.
