Finding the right functions or features takes a lot of time, it's like they are nested in deep branches and take more number of clicks which can be resolved by easing the UI through customer feedbacks. Sometimes the support was confused while trying to resolve our query. They can also try redesigning their interface and making the UI more interactive for users.
