We used to call every patient individually to confirm appointments and that would take so much time, especially since we are a small office (3 MA's and 1 Dr.). The only thing I can say would be not being able to automatically pull info from the patient forms to the history in our EMR but I was told that is in the works so I have no other concerns. We as an office are not great about reminding our patients to leave us a google review and having that sent out automatically has helped tremendously. We love the waitlist feature and being able to send a text to fill our schedule. We also like the pay online and schedule an appointment online features!
