**What do you like best about Nexgen CAD?**

CAD and RMS in one system and it is pretty user friendly for the most common functions such as getting an officer dispatched to a call, or reading and reviewing reports.

**What do you dislike about Nexgen CAD?**

Some of the ways they have the programming set up for evidence are more in line with civilian data entry rather than the way evidence procedures for LEO and Court work.

**What problems is Nexgen CAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for keeping track of assigning units to calls, report writing and data collection about the circumstances and people on calls, and we can do some statistical reporting with their reports functions.

Like that is very practical and functional

It can getting used to when preparing the training

Take the time to do a training on it because in long run well worth it 

**What problems is Nexgen CAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves  issues that now improve safety and the benefit is it cuts worries and you now can focus. On other areas of concern by safety
