Newton Classroom is comprehensive school management system that integrates academics, administration, finance, transport, and HR functions. It has user friendly ergonomics and is a complete solution for academic management (similar to Google classroom), attendance & transport management with live tracking allowing parents to monitor real time activities of the child including academic progress. It is a great management tool for schools to have digital records, HR & Admin management and school communications. It's comprehensive features makes it a complete solution for schools. Despite the platform being user friendly, it is a learning curve for the school community and staff training would be required. The cost effectiveness of the managment tool may not be realistic for all schools. The tool may further require customizations as per school's individual needs, for example, if a school follows an alternative curriculum or teaching techniques or unique grading system, the niche on the platform would have to be customized. A dedicated school admin would be needed for the platform. Setting up such platforms at the start of every school year could be a challenge otherwise as classes and students need to be moved up and new groups need to be created for the school year, which is the responsibility of the user. A frequent customer support system might be required for the set up. The platform is not supported by API so it might be a limitation to integrate with platforms.
