The user interface is designed in a way that provides a very friendly user experience.

The setup process is something that could be made a little easier.

Have used this tool both professionally and personally for Network Testing.

I appreciate the fact that this application has been frequently improved for a very long time.

**What do you dislike about NetScanTools Pro?**

I have no issues with this application. I've used it for a few years and haven't really run into any problems that would lower my overall opinion. 

**Recommendations to others considering NetScanTools Pro:**

give this application a try if you're looking for a solid alternative that is free of bugs.

**What problems is NetScanTools Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used netscanpro tools in a variety of roles for both home and business network testing.

Simple, free & easily accessible.  Easily links info & data to email addresses & customers.  Like a personal search engine to link customers data to help boost sales

**What do you dislike about NetScanTools Pro?**

Quite a few steps to set up, but has lots of faq's and set up vids if you have any issues

**What problems is NetScanTools Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so many hosts connecting data from users helps make contacts easier to reach in your business area.  More positive leads
