**What do you like best about Net Dial Tone (NDT)?**

First of all, I must say that it was simply great to install the Net Dial Tone. The main advantage for our small business was that we were able to achieve the benefits of VoIP very quickly with no lengthy IT concerns.

**What do you dislike about Net Dial Tone (NDT)?**

I can say that the feature list offered by Net Dial Tone is not very rich compared to the other host VoIP solutions that I have looked into. We were spoiled with options such as more steeped call transfers, and video conferencing abilities.

**What problems is Net Dial Tone (NDT) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NET Dial Tone was very useful for us in the beginning of our VoIP implementation, as we received stable and simple software. It did away with the costly device of phone lines and enhanced our communication internally and interdepartmentally.
