# When will there be availability to issue recognition even when we are out of points to award?

I wanted to give a team mate a shout out because they rose above and beyond, but I was out of points so could not publicly recognize them.

Hi Shelly,

Thanks for the feedback. The ability to send a shout-out without points is currently part of our premium subscription. It looks like your company is on a different plan at the moment. I will definitely share this with our team to see if down the road we would consider giving access to this feature regardless of the subscription.

You are allotted 100 points per month to give out. It refreshes on the 1st of each month.
