## nDash Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Assignment Management and Fast Payments for Freelancers and Brands

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber E. | Content Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about nDash?**

As a freelancer, I liked the simplicity in getting assignments, confirming the pay, communicating, and submitting drafts. Everything was in one place, which cut down on unnecessary back and forth. And I always knew due dates and what I was going to get paid. Once projects were approved, payment came quickly and reliably.

As a brand, I appreciate the speed and service. While I don't use the platform anymore, we have a consistent group of writers, and an account manager in Jenn, to always make sure our projects are organized. Since our internal payment process is long, we like using nDash because our writers can be paid quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

As a brand, I honestly can't think of any downsides of nDash. They are a great partner for us and satisfy all our needs.

As a writer, perhaps the hardest part is getting in with a client who needed my services, which isn't the fault of nDash, but an overall challenge to being a freelance writer. But once I had a few clients, the work was pretty consistent.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a brand, nDash solves our challenge of finding and managing freelance writers. We needed a solution to be able to pay them quickly and keep the projects organized. Because of nDash, our writers are happy (I think anyway!), our projects get completed on time, and there is no extra stress on our side.

  ### 2. The nDash Platform: Fast Payments, 100s of Brands, and Strong Writer Relationships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie M. | Founder at Major Marketing | Award-Winning Social Media Strategist + B2B/B2C Copywriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about nDash?**

As a content writer, finding a reputable content writing platform that offers freelancers fast payments, no fees, and access to legitimate brands can feel a bit like a unicorn hunt. nDash is the real deal. I love how easy to is to submit assignments and build long-standing relationships with my writing clients, who often give me repeat business.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

I do not dislike anything about the nDash platform.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chasing down payments, only getting one-off projects, having to manage scattered communications in emails/text/Slack, etc.

  ### 3. Valuable Resource for Content Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly V. | Content Marketing Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about nDash?**

nDash provides a wealth of support for organizations seeking to expand their content generation. Their dedication to clients is evident from initial introductions, to personalized user instruction, to support, and beyond. The vigor with which they approach their role as liason between brands and writers is refreshing in an age where consumers can sometimes feel isolated. Their technical support is especially impressive--in one instance, launching a requested platform feature within 36 hours of my request. nDash has proven to be a key partner in fulfilling many content requirements.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Finding a good fit among authors for more specialized or technical content can require a bit more trial and error, but nDash staff makes a concerted effort to guide this endeavor with writer recommendations directly from its founder.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash is a true asset, maximizing content generation when internal resources are limited.

  ### 4. Amazing Platform for Freelancers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taneia S. | Content Marketing Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2025

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I'm a huge fan of the nDash platform, as I've landed a great client on it. I've had the pleasure of working with the managing editor, Jenn, on several projects, and she's been so helpful in streamlining communication between me and clients!

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

I wish there were more opportunities shared on the platform.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They've helped me land freelance work.

  ### 5. Versatile writing platform that empowers both writers and businesses in creating SEO-ready content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shireen S. | Cybersecurity SEO Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2024

**What do you like best about nDash?**

nDash is an excellent platform, providing many opportunities for writers to work with worldwide brands.

As a tech writer on nDash, I can say that this platform is the best I've ever worked with. The platform is committed to quality and the staff is very responsive to contractor and business needs.

What I mean is that nDash advocates for both fairly, which is no small accomplishment in the competitive field of content marketing.

The platform is also intuitive and easy to use. For writers, pay reflects the time, efforts, and expertise of the writer.

In my experience, nDash respects the value of skilled writing in driving traffic & conversions and in building consumer loyalty & engagement.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

nDash has been an incredible platform. However, my observation is that the level of activity can be affected by several factors. Market conditions, seasonal trends, and periods of uncertainty can result in a slight dip in client activity and the volume of projects. It's important to note this isn't unique to nDash; other platforms face similar pressures to adjust.

What I appreciate is the compassion, tenacity, and initiative shown by Matt Solar, Mike Brown, and Jenn Greenleaf. They have done an amazing job in supporting writers and maintaining a steady stream of opportunities on the platform, even during slower periods.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash does a stellar job in matching writers with brands.

  ### 6. Excellent Partner for Writers and Brands

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Merry M. | Writer and Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2024

**What do you like best about nDash?**

nDash provides a user-friendly, transparent platform. Working with their project managers has been amazing, as well. I work with Jenn - she's very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

The briefs are concise and the clients I've worked with have been lovely.

The rates are professional and payment is launched as soon as projects are approved. It's a great platform for advanced professional writers.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Nothing so far. It's been a great experience all around.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash connects me with clients without much legwork on my part.
I can update them to my schedule and fit assignments around a very busy full-time writing schedule.

  ### 7. Best place for advanced writers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simona H. | Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2023

**What do you like best about nDash?**

nDash offers its writers multiple benefits, and these are the ones I like about this place the most:

- Free-to-use platform--no hidden fees or paid memberships for writers (in my experience, this is something rare and exceptional among freelance writing websites)

- Above-average writing rates

-Fast payments--writers get paid once they deliver their work and the client reviews it (no monthly or semimonthly payouts)

- Professional and trustworthy place for freelancers

-Chance to build long-term relationships with clients

- Quick response time (I got my questions answered by nDash staff within hours)

-User-friendly interface

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

I've noticed that in some periods, there is a lack of writing assignments posted by clients. However, nDash gives its freelancers full access to the list of brands and clients registered on the platform, which allows every freelancer to find a business within their niche and pitch potential clients their content ideas.

Thus, despite the occasional shortage of writing gigs, every writer with great content ideas has the opportunity to land a job on this platform.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Years ago, I'd been looking for a reliable place to land writing gigs while getting fair pay. Joining nDash solved these problems, and since then, I can always rely on this platform.

  ### 8. A writing platform that values its freelancers and its clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | Lead Content Strategist (Contract), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about nDash?**

nDash treats its writers and its clients well. For freelance writers, nDash offers decent rates compared to other freelance writing platforms. This helps to attract high-quality freelancers, which in turn means that clients can be assured of the high standards of the work they request.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

There's nothing I dislike, apart from the fact that nDash does not have more visibility. It's a great platform, and I wish it was better known, especially among business stakeholders seeking out high-quality content marketing.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For writers, nDash helps to solve the following issues:

- Connecting with clients who are willing to pay good prices for content.
- Creation of content that they can then sell on the marketplace.
- A platform for both creating work and getting paid (well) for it.
- A variety of interesting projects on offer from higher-end clients.

  ### 9. Great platform for writers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Technology Writer, Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2023

**What do you like best about nDash?**

In my experience, nDash provides outstanding support for writers and brands, with expectations clearly set for both parties and expert project management. Payment is fast and easy through the platform, eliminating payment snags and invoice-chasing. All of this helps me do my best work as a writer and enjoy doing what I love all the more. I also appreciate nDash's pitching function, although so far all of my work has come from project managers reaching out to me.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

I have had instances where the platform has not updated a project page when I was trying to paste my work into it. The editing functions are also fairly rudimentary and not as strong as those of a competitor I also work with. Fortunately, these are far from dealbreakers, since there are many other ways to submit work and receive feedback, including file upload, with which I have not had problems.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash connects me with quality clients, provides outstanding support through capable project managers, and streamlines payments, eliminating the need to chase invoices or worry about when payments will arrive.

  ### 10. Awesome Platform for Freelance Writers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kara D. | Freelance Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2023

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I have been working with nDash for about a year. Since I started writing for brands through nDash, the platform has become a significant source of work and income for my freelance writing business. The nDash team is responsive, positive, and professional, and I feel they value my time and skills. I previously worked for a digital marketing agency, and I think nDash offers a nice middle ground between agency work vs. freelancing. I get lots of freedom in terms of my rates, schedule, and what types of projects I take on, but I also get to work with a great team that facilitates client communication and connects me with cool projects! I highly recommend nDash to writers and brands.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

So far, I have not experienced many downsides! There is certainly nothing that would prevent me from an enthusiastic endorsement.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since my first project on the platform, the nDash team has regularly connected me with more opportunities. As a freelancer, looking for work can be stressful and time-consuming, so it's awesome to have a steady stream of work coming from nDash.

  ### 11. Great source of writing opportunities!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda P. | Strategic marketing communication consultant/content marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about nDash?**

As a freelance writer, I'm always looking for sources of reputable and legitimate leads, and nDash has consistently come through in this regard. I've worked with a number of clients through the site and have always appreciated the clear communication, feedback, and responses to any questions I might have. The site is easy to use and navigate, pay is prompt, and the variety of types of clients and projects means I almost always have something that I'm working on through nDash.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

The only thing I can think of that I haven't liked (and this hasn't happened lately, so maybe it's no longer an option) is that some potential projects would seemingly be sent out to multiple potential content creators with the first to respond getting the gig. That was challenging and sometimes frustrating because it seemed like I would rarely be the first to respond. Great for clients, I suppose, but not so much for writers.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a good source of consistent writing opportunities.

  ### 12. I'm a writer on the platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica N. A. | News & Content Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2023

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I love how nDash provides the bridge for vetted writers and companies to connect on a more neutral ground.

Blindly reaching out to companies can result in a lot of wasted time because your proposal may or may not be seen by the right person -- or at the right time. Likewise, businesses may receive the World's Greatest Proposal from some random writer (in their emails) and soon realize that this proposal wasn't even written by the writer who submitted it.

nDash also categorizes companies based on niche and allows writers to be discovered based on their areas of expertise. I think this is definitely a great feature!

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Honestly, I don't see much that I don't like about nDash. I'll follow back up if I do.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes finding writers like me discoverable. We are all vetted. So it also allows us to stand out.

  ### 13. Great platform that I highly recommend to aspiring writing agencies and freelancers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack P. | Co-Owner & Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about nDash?**

The interface is super easy to navigate. I also love how you can tailor subjects, types of projects, and pricing to your requirements while nDash takes care of the rest of the back-end work.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

More of a personal preference; I'd like to see nDash flesh out more options for types of projects and rates, as my clients and I usually define specific projects differently in terms of word counts.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me find new clients and get experience in new topic areas while handling the back-end payment processing and project-preparation tasks.

  ### 14. Reliable, transparent, company to partner with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katy W. | Freelance writer, editor, proof reader, and project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2023

**What do you like best about nDash?**

The project manager I work with, Jenn, is super helpful and always communicates clearly and effectively.

Whenever I accept an assignment, I get a lovely, clear brief to work with which makes my life as a writer immeasurably easier!

I love that I can pitch direct to brands or apply to open assignments if I choose to, but that, also, if my portfolio is a good fit, project managers and clients can reach out to me directly, as I genuinely loathe cold pitching.

Fees are really clear and, because I don't have to market myself and the pay per project is very fair, I'm happy to pay the fee, as it's less time I have to spend chasing cold leads.

I plan on staying with this platform for many years!

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

I haven't yet encountered any downsides. My only wish is that there were more available assignments - but I'm sure that'll come as the platform continues to grow.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash helps me land vetted, well-paying clients so that I can spend less time marketing and chasing cold leads and more time doing what I'm good at - creating valuable content for my clients.

  ### 15. A great platform to round out your freelance mix

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori B. | freelance ghostwriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about nDash?**

nDash understands the value of good writing so writers don't have to undervalue their services. It's specific to writing rather than a menagerie of bargain-basement assignments like other freelance platforms. Writers have access to many different ways to market themselves and receive numerous alerts about new companies and assignments. nDash team members are supportive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Only knowing nDash from the writer's perspective, I wonder sometimes about the differing levels of required commitment on behalf of the member companies. Many companies have complete profiles, style guides, and meaningful guidance on the type of content they seek (this is who I want to write for), while other companies hardly have any background to offer (red flag to me). It takes time for writers to research companies and craft meaningful pitches. Having companies that signed up "just because" and are less engaged and/or serious about creating content means writers need to take extra time to wade past these businesses to find serious prospects or potentially take time to send a pitch to a company that isn't paying attention to the partnership that nDash offers thereby wasting the writers time.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash has provided me with an outlet I can use proactively as a source of work. As a ghostwriter, it's given me a platform for rebuilding clips under my byline. As someone who works alone in my home office, it's given me a sense of belonging and also has been a source of professional development...whether that's through reading its blog or following on LinkedIn.

  ### 16. Scaling and streamlining content production

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erika G. | President, North Shore Massachusetts Chapter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2022

**What do you like best about nDash?**

nDash lets us easily scale inriver’s content production, allowing us to regularly deliver the high-quality, relevant content our demand generation activities need. And unlike having to hire and onboard individual freelancers, nDash gives us access to a steady supply of expert writers who are ready to hit the ground running. Working with nDash has cut my content management and editing time in half, giving me the ability to focus on other high-value tasks

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Truly not a dislike ( I don't have any). However, nDash writers and staff are great at ideation — coming up with relevant content ideas that will resonate with our target audiences. I’d love it if we could formally add more ideation time to our schedule to optimize creativity.

**Recommendations to others considering nDash:**

There are several options to choose from at nDash to meet content needs. Explore what works best for you and know that you can change your service level if you need to. I've used both the self-service and the full-service and both were excellent options.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using nDash, we’ve scaled our content production exponentially without the headaches that often come with managing multiple writers. The content they provide is consistently high-quality, requiring little to no editing on my part.

  ### 17. Connecting Content Pros with High-Quality Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy H. | President and Freelance Content Creator/Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2022

**What do you like best about nDash?**

nDash is a fabulous platform for professional freelance writers and content providers. Unlike content mills that seem to be a race to the bottom, on nDash I'm able to regularly connect with high-quality clients that value high-quality work -- and are willing to pay appropriately.

nDash's team is a joy to work with, and as a writer, I know they understand what I need to be successful. For managed clients, their top-notch editorial team provides clear, concise direction on the project parameters, making sure I have access to all the insights and resources I need and delivering feedback in an easy-to-understand, actionable way. For self-managed clients, the platform makes it easy for clients to set expectations and deliver feedback in a centralized location.

Managing projects (and billing) on the nDash platform is easy and hassle-free. At-a-glance, I can see what projects are coming due, which clients have commented on work-in-progress, and how much I charged for previous projects. I'm able to skip the process of creating and delivering invoices; nDash automates that, which makes me a happy camper.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Nothing. I actually connected with the nDash team about a feature I thought would be helpful to add, and they updated the platform to include it -- how's *that* for responsiveness!

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash allows me to connect with brands and clients that "get it" -- clients that understand the value of thoughtful, high-quality content and are willing to pay for it. I've been able to grow my freelance writing business and income without having to actively market to customers, and have had the opportunity to work with some really interesting companies that I otherwise wouldn't have met.

  ### 18. Can't Beat nDash

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron L. | Content Strategist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about nDash?**

Our team of four content marketers use nDash to source freelance writers for all kinds of content — from weekly blog posts to longer-form content like ebooks. From a process management standpoint, the nDash platform has had a huge, positive impact. We know how easy it is for editorial workflow to get out-of-hand with things like email and shared drives. nDash allows us to consolidate all of our communication with writers; we know that anything we need — project communication, content briefs, drafts, etc. — can be found in the platform.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

No downsides to this partnership! I'd recommend to other content teams out there.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash allows us to consolidate all of our communication with writers; we know that anything we need — project communication, content briefs, drafts, etc. — can be found in the platform. And Paying freelancers through the platform has been critical in giving my team the flexibility they need to move fast and get things done, while meeting the needs of our finance and procurement teams.

  ### 19. My Favorite Way to Find Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marissa S. | Customer Service Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I've been using nDash for almost two years. I appreciate that it's easy to use and secure. I also really like the versatility. As a freelancer, I can pitch work, sell work that is already created, and get work from companies that are already looking for the services I provide. It helps me cut down on the time I spend searching and pitching.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

It's mostly great. I occasionally run into issues with word limits in text boxes or attaching samples to my pitches and have to find a workaround. But overall, the software is simple and reliable.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software makes it easy for me to connect with brands that are looking for the services I provide. I spend a lot less time pitching for work so that I can spend a lot more time working productively.

  ### 20. Used a number of 3rd party blog services - this one is the best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica C. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2021

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I regularly hire 3rd party bloggers and have tried several writing services. I have tried Verblio, Content Dev Pros, The Hoth, and Fiverr. What was disappointing about these services was writing quality and being forced into subscriptions, which is not suitable for our team as our needs continuously fluctuate.

I have worked with about 20 different nDash writers varying in cost from $75-250 over the past year. They have mostly been consistent and easy to work with on revisions. They tend to stay in contact with me and deliver on time.

But mostly, nDash's customer service is on point. I never wait more than a few hours to hear back on a query. The search for writers is a bit fickle-not my favorite-but when I message them for help finding the best writer for a project, they always come back quickly with multiple options. Very much appreciated!

I will continue to work with nDash and recommend them.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

The search for writers can be annoying. They continue to make improvements however, and as mentioned they are quick to do the search for you when you get stuck.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding reliable and quality writers across multiple industries quickly.

  ### 21. nDash Provides Outstanding ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Fractional Content Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I can write much of the content that my clients need, but I can’t do it all. nDash has helped support my content production and allowed me to scale my business without the typical growing pains. When I need extra bandwidth or specific topical expertise, I know I can count on nDash to connect me with high-quality writers who can offer value immediately.

The ROI I’ve seen from working with nDash has been outstanding. I’ve significantly reduced the time I need to spend on writing — sometimes up to about 75%. And I appreciate that nDash’s platform gives me a single place to manage freelance assignments, provide feedback, and handle payments. I don’t even have to worry about taxes or other accounting details.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

The only thing I might suggest would be a rating system where clients could rate freelancers; this would help identify writers who may be a good fit for my needs more quickly.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m solving the problem of delivering timely, high-quality, budget-friendly content to my clients without tying myself to a specific hire or freelancer. nDash freelancers handle much of the heavy lifting associated with writing and research, allowing me to scale my business as client needs change.

  ### 22. Great resource for content writers of all kinds!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I started working with nDash in 2017 and have worked with them consistently since then. I like the variety of clients and projects and how easy it is to use the platform. I've also enjoyed working with both nDash editors and clients. Feedback, approval, and payment are all quick and editors are prompt with responses to any questions/issues.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

From a content creator's perspective, I can't really think of any downfalls. I'd definitely recommend to others.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problem - biggest benefit has been access to new clients and new projects.

  ### 23. Highly recommend nDash

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline C. | Career and Life Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about nDash?**

Great colleagues and challenging, varied assignments.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

From a writer's perspective, I can't think of any negatives. I'd enthusiastically recommend the platform to others!

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've had the benefit of working with a wide variety of clients and agencies. I haven't had any negative experiences--in fact, I enjoy each and every assignment.

  ### 24. This Platform Knows What It's Doing

  ### 25. A valued extension of my internal content and communications team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris N. | Director, Content, Public Relations & Analyst Relations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about nDash?**

Our company relies heavily on content for our demand generation activities. But with one content creator (me), I quickly realized if I wanted to meet our content needs, I needed help. I chose nDash for three main reasons:

Ease of management: I didn’t want to hire and manage a passel of writers; I wanted a service allowing me to deal with one point person who could manage the writer team. nDash has made it easy for me to meet all of our content needs in a streamlined way.

Writer quality: As a writer myself, I have high standards for content. I’ve found the quality of nDash writers to be excellent across the board. They get up to speed quickly with ETQ’s language and our value proposition. Meaning, they’re able to deliver high-quality content that minimizes the time I need to spend giving direction and editing.

Strategic partners: nDash is truly a partner in our content strategy. Not only do they source and manage our writing team, but they have also helped us create a strategic content plan. nDash worked with us to lay out a roadmap for our content needs, showing how each piece fit together and where it worked into our larger marketing plan and content journey.

In addition, they’re excellent at ideation. Our lean marketing team is challenged by constantly developing relevant, compelling ideas for specific content topics; the nDash team consistently brings good ideas to the table, arming us with compelling, lead-generating content.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Nothing jumps out. The only thing I can think of is that our current nDash project manager has extensive writing experience herself, which has allowed us to expand our output. Our previous nDash PM didn’t have that experience.

**Recommendations to others considering nDash:**

Treat them as a valued partner and part of the team. Use them for more than "order taking" to get best value of ideation and strategic insight and recommendations

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m solving the problem of continually providing timely, high-quality content to feed our company’s ever-growing needs. I’m only one person; if I had to produce all the content our demand generation program needs, it simply could not be done. nDash has helped me quickly and effectively scale our content generation, allowing me to focus on big picture issues while handling the essential but time-consuming daily details.

  ### 26. A great resource for freelance writers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn W. | Ghostwriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2022

**What do you like best about nDash?**

The diversity of clients, the guarantee of being paid for my work in a timely manner, and the professionalism exhibited by nDash staff, clients and fellow writers.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Not enough diverse clients available. Would like to see more industries included.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding work as a freelance writer.

  ### 27. nDash’s Centralized Platform Makes Life So Much Easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg H. | Director of Marketing and Member Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2021

**What do you like best about nDash?**

Like many businesses, I have a small marketing team with only a single person dedicated full time to content. nDash has allowed us to centralize all of our freelance content, making the content creation, scheduling, and even payment processes much smoother.

nDash has set us up with a scalable, transferable point of reference. For example, when our content manager went on maternity leave, she could commission and schedule all the work we needed before leaving. It was easy for our team to see what content was forthcoming and when it would arrive, making everything much less stressful.

nDash has enhanced our content speed and has allowed our team to focus on the bigger picture, big impact efforts. Our organic traffic, page views, and member registrations have all increased since partnering with nDash.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Finding the balance with the fees. Our writers want as much money as they can get, nDash needs to make money, and we’re trying to get posts out on a budget. However, I realize this is an inherent part of using a platform to manage your freelance writing partners.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m solving the problem of bringing order to what was once a chaotic process. We used to use multiple tools to manage relationships with our freelance writers and our content needs. Now, we can use one centralized tool to do everything we need. We’ve been able to save time and frustration while keeping the quality of our content at the high level our members expect.

nDash serves as an integral part of the foundation of our content marketing program.

  ### 28. Reliable content writers that are a seamless extension of our marketing team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2021

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I love so many things about nDash—both the people in the company and its freelancers, the level of responsiveness, and the feeling that I’m not tossing my projects out into some big void of a platform, and that I’m working with professionals who really care.

We have a small team, and even though we had a ton of good content ideas, we don’t have the internal bandwidth to create all the content we need. nDash has helped us:

-Move faster, accelerating timelines for content in a way that has let us be much more responsive.
-Quickly act to create additional content when our data shows us a particular asset or topic is getting traction.
-Let our internal team focus on ideation and creating pillar content, knowing that nDash’s freelancers will be able to develop additional assets based on each piece.
-Get more mileage out of every piece of content while providing freshness to our brand voice.
-Ensure our Japanese-language content is just as accurate as the original, thanks to nDash’s translation services

Unlike my experience with other freelance writing platforms, I feel like nDash does a great job of vetting its writers. It’s hard to find really good writers who will be able to hit the ground running, providing me immediate value—but nDash’s writers consistently deliver work that’s ready-to-go with nothing more than a quick glance or occasional edit. It’s a huge time savings for me.

I get so much value and a huge return on investment from using nDash—it's hard to believe everybody’s not using them. Any B2B team can and should be benefitting from nDash, particularly smaller teams.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

I don’t have a downside to using nDash—the value I get from it far exceeds any issues I have. If I’m pressed to name one area where I think it could be improved, I would say that I’d like to know more about what else the platform can do.

Like most marketers, I have something I want to accomplish when going on nDash; I log onto the platform, take care of my task, and leave—and as a result, I don’t have a real sense of what it can do beyond solving my immediate need. It would be great to get this kind of information proactively—info on what’s available, what’s new, and what’s changed—proactively.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash helps me solve the constant problem of “feeding the content beast” but not having enough time or people to make it happen. nDash augments our team, allowing us to develop and execute much more robust and responsive content programs than we could ever do without them.

My team benefits from the added capacity making it easier to focus on other tasks, confident that our nDash team is supporting our content efforts. nDash empowers us to deliver high-quality, highly relevant sales and marketing content without a huge additional time investment on our part.

  ### 29. nDash Offers a Scalable, Solution-Focused Approach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annika B. | Vice President of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about nDash?**

Like many businesses, Gradient has a small marketing team but a never-ending list of content needs. Working with nDash means that we can generate the content we need — from blog posts and social media captions to client case studies and more — without burdening internal staffers with writing tasks and creating a management headache for our team.

I don’t have the time (or interest) to teach a writer Cybersecurity 101, nor do I have the time to hand-hold or heavily edit content — I need content that is ready to go. nDash works like an extension of my team, ensuring that every piece of content that arrives in my inbox has already been reviewed against the project parameters and our brand guidelines. I rarely have to do more than quickly glance at the content before approval.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Thinking back, we first started using nDash to help us create breach, “threat bulletins” — they delivered exactly what we asked for but we didn’t really have an appropriate vehicle to use that content. I realize that’s more on us than on nDash, but it’s something I’d do differently if given the opportunity.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m solving the problem of feeding the content machine and ensuring quality stays high without generating a ton of extra work for my team or others across our organization. We can generate the high volume of relevant content the company needs — with a small marketing team. nDash allows us to scale to meet new opportunities without the headaches typically associated with onboarding and managing new resources.

  ### 30. Outstanding platform, from both a user and company perspective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George K. | Owner & President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2021

**What do you like best about nDash?**

From a writer perspective, the platform offers an easy way to pitch ideas to brands and build a detailed profile to improve your writer profile for searchability. Terms and payment are streamlined and simple with Stripe vs. dealing with W9 and 1099 paperwork.

From a company perspective, I can access a lot of specialized writers and have full control over scope, payment terms, etc. Writers can also pitch our company ideas on content which allows us to consistently brainstorm new trends and ideas to keep our content funnel full 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Similar paperwork and compliance benefits with W9 and 1099s. It improves the scalability of our content team.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Nothing comes to mind as an overwhelming dislike. Market research is a niche B2B service that is difficult to find writers for, but we have a strong bench of writers through nDash to support us. We've also hired a few strong writers at good rates who developed their skill set and knowledge in research over time.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability of content for our company. Different writing styles and the ability to add resources to website content really quickly. We have been able to find some pretty strong writers for affordable rates.

I appreciate the accountability of all payments being handled through Stripe, which allows me to automatically transfer $USD that I earn into the EUR currency of the bank account where I live. nDash is an innovative New England solution with global applications for the world's top freelance writers. Check it out by all means.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

I truly and honestly have not found much to dislike about the platform. I would recommend the development team and investors supporting nDash to invest in a dedicated mobile app. I would love to see some increased messaging and chat utility across the site. All in all, I feel there is far more to love about the nDash network than areas of contention.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash has provided me with a rock-solid foundation for better pitching my favorite types of advanced business and technology-focused writing to truly distinctive world-leading brands. The lead generation activities taking place on behalf of nDash are what make it much more than just another freelance platform like Freelancer, Upwork, Work Genius, etc. All of these and similar platforms have offered varying degrees of success, actualizing what nDash has accomplished.

I love that nDash is constantly adding new client profiles; there are unlimited opportunities to pitch to high-value clients and establish sustainable collaborative partnerships. Since beginning to work across nDash so many of the clients I have worked with have requested additional projects. I genuinely feel the integrated agency aspects of nDash are what set it apart from both the world's top advertising/digital marketing agencies and the leading freelance portals and platforms.

nDash provides writers with such a great way to brand themselves and represent that value in a way that makes decision-making much easier for clients. I have found that making deals and getting paid on nDash is a very straightforward and hassle-free experience because there is a ton of mutual respect, trust, and accountability going on between writers on the site, project managers, and the clients we serve across the network.

  ### 32. Freelance Writers At Your Fingertips

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessie C. | Vice President, Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2021

**What do you like best about nDash?**

It puts all my content in one place. It allows me not to have to hunt for good writers, and since I get a company profile - I can skip over the "onboarding" step.

I also love that they can have writers pitch new ideas and that I can use the same writer over and over as needed. I also can have writers pitch me for cost as well.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

The only thing is I wish I had more control over the turn-around time and review time. Sometimes when an article is finished, I need to review it with my client or team for approval - that can take time. I would like to be able to set standard rounds of review if possible.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have multiple clients with multiple content needs at any given time. nDash allows me and my clients to review the work, manage the articles coming, and I don't have to deal with all the billing since it's just gets charged to the credit card on file. It allows me to manage all the content easily.

I also like that I can request different kinds of content as well - blogs, articles, and press releases.

  ### 33. Exceptional User and Writer Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I love the communication, opportunities, and organization nDash has to offer for their writers. Unlike the dozens of content mills out there, writers can find professional rates and customers available.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

It's difficult to tell if customers are reading or considering pitches once they're submitted. It would be nice to see a "read" or "not interested" response after submitting them.

**Recommendations to others considering nDash:**

Always communicate using the message box in each assignment as soon as you receive something new.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pitching to potential clients, updating my profile to attract new leads, and uploading original content to acquire sales. Each of these efforts has led to the establishment and nurturing of new leads and customer relationships.

  ### 34. Great price, but you get what you pay for.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2019

**What do you like best about nDash?**

I love the ability to transfer content from my writing team directly into HubSpot. The export feature works very well and saves us a lot of time that used to be spent copying and pasting from Google Docs to HubSpot when writers turn in assignments.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Very buggy system. I have identified many issues using the system, some of which have caused multiple hours of lost work and confusion. While their support is very helpful and qucik to fix issues, I feel like I am a beta tester, pretty much constantly. The only reason we continue to use their platform is the next most similar thing is 3,000% more expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering nDash:**

If you're willing to be a beta tester in exchange for a low-cost solution, this is for you. If you need a robust and bug-free solution that does not give you error messages daily, I would look at other options if your budget allows.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nDash allows me a one-stop place to manage my content writing team. It moved the correspondence out of my inbox and multiple google docs into one web-based platform. That time savings almost makes up for the time lost dealing with bugs.

  ### 35. On its way up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia E. | Writer | Content Writer | Ghostwriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2019

**What do you like best about nDash?**

The best thing about nDash.co is that it is not a content mill with low paying clients. You are also able to pitch your ideas to clients and nDash rates their clients on the acceptance odds.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

That they do not utilize PayPal and only use Stripe as a payment method. I like that Stripe is secure but I prefer to use PayPal when it comes to business.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to find legit paying companies to pitch my ideas to. It helps avoid low balling clients.

  ### 36. Great experience- from start to finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Idit L. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2018

**What do you like best about nDash?**

The nDash writers I worked with were always so professional, accommodating, and hard working. It was obvious that they put in hours of research, created a thought out content outline, and were always helpful when making edits/changes to the documents.

**What do you dislike about nDash?**

Once I found a writer that I worked well with, they got very busy. It sometimes made it hard to move quickly with projects due to their work load.

**Recommendations to others considering nDash:**

Highly recommended! nDash helps you to find quality and experienced writers in an easy and intuitive way.

**What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Discussing in-depth and complicated industry topics or business solutions.

**Official Response from Matt Solar:**

> Thank you, Idit, for the great feedback!

(We'd be happy to work with your team to find & onboard more writers to help alleviate any bottlenecks or bandwidth issues, too.)
