What was disappointing about these services was writing quality and being forced into subscriptions, which is not suitable for our team as our needs continuously fluctuate. I have worked with about 20 different nDash writers varying in cost from $75-250 over the past year. They have mostly been consistent and easy to work with on revisions. They tend to stay in contact with me and deliver on time. But mostly, nDash's customer service is on point. I never wait more than a few hours to hear back on a query.
