Our Sales Users find it quick and easy to send off a fresh, innovative communications out to their customers with a quick Video Message for an introduction, follow-up, or helpful way to visually answer our customers questions or training needs. Initial installation and subsequent releases are made simple by the NativeVideo team. With each release, our Sales Users find the new features to be game changers when communicating with their customers. Some of those features are screen recording, camera & screen recording, include attachments, and now, send video multi email. Luca and Nick not only have provided an excellent and game changing solution, they are always quick to help with any questions we have and provide requested training whenever needed for new features or just as refreshers. NativeVideo receives an A+ in my book! **What do you dislike about NativeVideo?** Nothing at this time. The product is GREAT and any time we have any questions or need a little extra help, Luca and Nick are always quick to respond! There's nothing to dislike about that. **What problems is NativeVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reaching our customers in a fresh, unique way that others are not with the ability to include attachments, a call to action, screen recording, etc. And let's not forget to mention the ease of use for our end Users either via their mobile devices or desktop system. ### 2. They are very attentive and supported our team in many ways. We also like the flexibility and customization of the platform. **What do you dislike about NativeVideo?** We like almost everything about TalentVideo. The only thing I would say is it does not embed into Salesforce Flows. However, that is not their fault it is a Salesforce issue that they are still looking into for us. **What problems is NativeVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping support our students by recording videos about why they want to be an apprentice and be a part of our program for their profiles. ### 3. The team has been very collaborative when we needed unique programming. **What problems is NativeVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** This video insight has allowed our team to more accurately track progress, production rates, cost, and progress billing. In addition, our Internal Quality Control Specialist can review every job daily with more detail, while not adding daily travel, saving nearly 1k miles weekly, and increasing oversight. This was a ‘win’ for us, on such a large project. ### 5. NativeVideo has been a great additional tool for us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors when it comes to Lead generation. The ability for us to allow prospects to put a face to a name and see us tell a quick customer story or deliver a bite-sized product demo has led to some great results. I'd say the value of NativeVideo to us has only increased recently during the COVID-19 crisis. As a Travel & Expense Management app it has been vital that we keep our customers up to date with the latest guidance. The ability to track who has watched your video (and who hasn't) has helped us point our additional support services at the clients who may need additional information. I highly recommend NativeVideo. **What do you dislike about NativeVideo?** I'm looking forward to the release that allows for both "to camera" and screen recording in the same video. I believe this is already in development and will be a great additional feature. **What problems is NativeVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping our customer updated with important information. One of the features of the TalentVideo tool that really appealed to us was how easy it is to modify key elements of each job description. We can easily make updates to what the candidates see, without needing help from the Salesforce development team. We have had a very positive experience with the NativeVideo team during and after implementation, where we have found them very willing to work with us on customizations when needed. They use a consultative approach, making for an amazing partnership! In the first month after implementation, we were able to eliminate 17% of our pre-qualified candidates from consideration without any additional interaction besides their recorded interview. This allowed us to focus our efforts on the candidates who showed the most promise based on their recorded interview. Even after just two months, we have seen shorter onboarding times and higher performance scores from the team members that we have selected based on their video interviews. Implementing NativeVideo has also allowed us to offer personalized experience to our candidates by including a video from our team, creating better engagement from the start, which was one of our key initiatives. They are so easy to work with, and will be very transparent about the possibilities. **What problems is NativeVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team was looking for a way to add recorded video interviews to our screening process to increase the quality of candidates being hired, and increase their engagement in the process, without allocating additional human resources to the process. Also, we wanted to avoid adopting a separate platform/tool for our recruitment and screening team to use. We wanted to find a tool that integrated with Salesforce, allowing us to keep our screening activities all in one place.
