It is wonderful that myVeeta allows me to maintain friendly connections with potential candidates even if there is no actual job offering at the moment. What do you dislike about myVeeta? The problem is that it is not very convenient to divide candidates into groups depending on their skills or experience. This makes it quite challenging to work out who should get which message. I am now in a situation whereby I cannot freely send a marketing automation campaign to recent marketing graduates. Using myVeeta, I was able to create my list of potential candidates with some good number of them. This has been a huge advantage particularly in situations where you have special positions that you need to fill. I like best that I can stay in touch with talents in our talent pool via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or Mail. This is a great feature I have never seen in any comparable software. We decided to build our own talent pool because searching for talent on social media platforms like LinkedIn or Xing is one thing but having engaged talents in our own talentpool is the USP in a fast changing economy. myVeeta helps us to find potential candidates in our pool faster than by searching the web and contact them very easy and especially on a more connected level.
