**What do you like best about Telemedicine?**

The simplicity of not having to leave the comforts of home when one is ill to acquire quality care with a real MD to diagnose and offer prescriptions.

**What do you dislike about Telemedicine?**

Seems each time I have utilized the service with our plan provider I've not been satisfied with the responding Physician, his/her suggestions and was asked to pay fees for some services to be rendered.

**What problems is Telemedicine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far I've not solved any medical care needs with this service, disappointed
