I started using it as a solopreneur, and when I started adding people to my team, I upgraded to the paid version and added other people to my account. I love that it's easy to use, accessible from any browser or mobile device. I can see exactly what my team has been working on and export hour reports for any client at any time. I also like that I can add time retroactively in case I forget to turn it on, and that I can edit all aspects after the fact if necessary. The multiple levels of client / project / task makes it easy to categorize everything and if that is not enough I can also use the tagging function. I use the MyHours activity reports to give monthly reports to my clients, so it's critical business software for me. Whenever I have had any support questions, they reply very quickly. **What do you dislike about My Hours?** It might be nice if they had a plugin to the browser that I could simply click on to turn on/off the clock. As it is I have to open the browser Tab that has MyHours open, and hten click to turn on the clock. I know the mobile app has a quick "start tracking" button, but for some reason I have gotten used to using it in the browser, probably because I mostly use it at my desk. **What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have specific clients that pay by the hour, and need to know what projects have been done in that time, so I must track the time for myself and my team members. We've tried several and this is my all time favourite. My Hours is really straightforward to set up and handles our needs in a really easy to use way. It's cost effective too. All our team input their hours using the stopwatch function so we have detailed time reports to send to clients. The level of detail is compelling support for fees and we practically never get any queries so I think it helps us maximise our billing too. **What do you dislike about My Hours?** Can't think of anything. Whenever we've not liked something in the past, like showing minutes and seconds, the team have sorted it out and included a time display option. **Recommendations to others considering My Hours:** I remain really pleased I found My Hours. We started using MyHours some year and half ago and it offered all we needed for the start. Regular updates bring many changes some of which even helped us to further optimize our process (favorite logs/templates, tags etc). It takes little time to do log entry for my employees and not much more for me in admin panel (reviews, logs approval etc). **What do you dislike about My Hours?** Reports sometimes (app is being updated regularly with new functionalities) messes up the formatting (e.g. bullet lists) from the time log in the way we don't like. **What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?** We know where all the hours went :) (what project, what task etc), but one of the most important thing is how easy is to do logging, you won't spend more than 5 mins a day.
