I like the ability to enter different projects and allocate tasks so that members of staff can complete their hours. My Hours is really straightforward and easy to use; it doesn't try to overcomplicate things. I also found it very easy to set up because I could upload everything via an Excel spreadsheet, which was quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is quite basic, and it is almost too basic. So it is not very easy on the eye when you're looking at it. And one problem I have come across is that you can add tasks to all different projects. But if you want to remove a task, you have to do it individually per project. And we tend to have the same tasks for every single project that we use. So when I need to remove a task, I wanna remove from all of them. And we have over 200 projects, so I have not found it's possible to do this unless I do it manually one by one. So that is very, very frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use My Hours for keeping track of my hours worked at the construction company I work for, and it also helps me keep track of the hours worked by staff on the site I manage. I love that there's no manual processing of timesheets and the data is centralized. The ability to review and track all of my tasks easily and efficiently is great. It's a clear and concise UI that saves time and effort when tracking tasks and makes it easier to report time spent on various aspects of the job. I find My Hours easy to use for timesheet tracking, as it allows me to easily input hours, track projects and tasks, and review and approve my staff's timesheets. I appreciate that it doesn't require constant time monitoring but can be manually input, which is convenient. I also like the seamless approval process and the ability to add projects and tasks manually.
