**What do you like best about My Hours?**

I like the ability to enter different projects and allocate tasks so that members of staff can complete their hours. My Hours is really straightforward and easy to use; it doesn't try to overcomplicate things. I also found it very easy to set up because I could upload everything via an Excel spreadsheet, which was quite straightforward.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

The user interface is quite basic, and it is almost too basic. So it is not very easy on the eye when you're looking at it. And one problem I have come across is that you can add tasks to all different projects. But if you want to remove a task, you have to do it individually per project. And we tend to have the same tasks for every single project that we use. So when I need to remove a task, I wanna remove from all of them. And we have over 200 projects, so I have not found it's possible to do this unless I do it manually one by one. So that is very, very frustrating.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

I use My Hours for keeping track of my hours worked at the construction company I work for, and it also helps me keep track of the hours worked by staff on the site I manage. I love that there's no manual processing of timesheets and the data is centralized. The ability to review and track all of my tasks easily and efficiently is great. It's a clear and concise UI that saves time and effort when tracking tasks and makes it easier to report time spent on various aspects of the job. The initial setup was super easy, just like clicking a link.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I'd like to see an improved view from the mobile app that allows me to see specific tasks on a daily basis for staff.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

I find My Hours easy to use for timesheet tracking, as it allows me to easily input hours, track projects and tasks, and review and approve my staff's timesheets. I appreciate that it doesn't require constant time monitoring but can be manually input, which is convenient. I also like the seamless approval process and the ability to add projects and tasks manually. The support staff have been very helpful in answering any questions, and the online tutorial was great, making it easy to get started.

As a boutique interior design studio, we have a range of different scale projects that we need to keep track of. What I like abut MyHours is the ease of entering information, categorising tasks and running reports so that we can have a clear view of how projects are tracking.

Every time I’ve asked for help, they’ve responded quickly and efficiently. 
The application is designed to fit the workflow and logic of CPA firms, and very easy to use. Our office needs it every day.

The invoice generation and billing features are basic. I would like to see additional functionality, such as an AR system and the ability to customize invoice items.

It would help us better view employee hours, making it easier to track costs.
Employee expenses would also be easier to view, making it more convenient for the payroll department to reference for reimbursements.

Ability to have different users and control settings for different user levels. Easy to generate reports with different filters. Easy web interface. Easy to add and edit Clients and their projects. Onboarding and implementing new staff is easy. Easy to enter hours on a daily basis. Ability to set budget for individuals / clients / by type, etc..

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

We were using a different time clock app before, this app is very user friendly, for both admin staff and field staff. Due to the size of our business we are able to use this app for free, which is a huge help to reduce our overhead costs, and much appreciated. It was a simple transition from our old system to the new, it can be hard to teach old dogs new tricks, but the guys managed to get up and running with little issues. Our payroll administrator prefers the new system as the time sheets are easy to read, and allocate the hours to the correct project.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

After the last update, there is a small glitch, for some reason when the field staff put in their hours on Monday, it doesn't show up, but it does on the admin side. It doesn't affect payroll but does concern the field staff a bit...

It is very easy to allocate the hours to the correct project, and the ability to automatically assign regular tasks ensures nothing is missed

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

The thing that made me go for this solution is the charts that provide insightful information on how the team is performing and costs and the integrations it has with Zappier to automate data transfer to other tools. It´s easy to use and submit multiple time logs on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

Sometimes I would find it useful that in the details report when you elect time logs you could see the sum of those logs in time format (e.g. 00:00) and number format (e.g. 1.5hrs) so I can sum time logs and don´t have to do it manually.  This is because some tasks are divided into subtasks and I need to track them separately. Another solution is to be able to set subtasks in the platform.

It helped me to track the exact time by task and by project which helped me understand expenses more accurately. And analyze the performance of our team.

After searching and trying multiple timesheet packages I found myhours to be the closest to what I need, which is a basic, easy to use web based timesheet tracking and reporting software. The customer service is great, all questions I asked were promptly answered by return email.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

To my knoweledge there are two teirs, a free version and a paid version. The paid version has some handy features I would like but it also has billing and invoicing which I dont require. I'd love to see an intermediate teir with more timesheet features but no billing / invoicing.

I love the reports. They enable me to see how much I've made for the month and what clients are sending the most work my way. As I've exapnded my team and client base it has become an essential part of my business. I have been using myhours.com for years now and they just keep making it better all the time.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

Love everything about it. It is everything for time tracking. if I had one ask it would be awesome if we had the ability to assign job numbers to projects. Sometimes clients don't have their own job numbers so I end up creating my own (sort of). Having job numbers allows me to easily find a project among the massive amount of work on my server.

**Recommendations to others considering My Hours:**

I did a great deal of research before I decided to go with My Hours. They have the most features for the price. I am very happy I went with them.

I was using a free time manager that didn't total the logged time. I had to do it manually. As my work started to increase, it was taking forever to create my invoices. Now it takes no time at all. With the reports I can also see the ebb and flow of work coming in over a period of time.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

Our company has used MyHours for nearly one year and we've been very pleased with it thusfar. It's easy to understand and make changes to, and affordable for a growing business like ours. I like how interactive the platform is and that there are so many filters by which you can search and see reports.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I wish the exported reports looked and felt more similar to the online platform. I find there to be a small disconnect with what's included in the exported reports vs. online. I also wish you could toggle Admn access to certain projects for certain people. In our agency setting, it would be helpful to give selective Admin access based on client work, but currently it's an "all or nothing" setup.

**What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to track time and ensure we're staying within budget parameters. As a manager/director, it's nice to see how the team is progressing and how they're spending their time so we can course correct or identify time management problems before they get out of hand. It's also nice assurance to have this data accessible so if clients need us to explain how we're spending our time, we have ready access to thorough, detailed reports.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

UI is very simple and easy to use. I would say Myhour is definetely an user friendly program. I like the fact that Myhours offers several ways to log hours because our company pays out all staff based on part-time and projects. It is really important to keep track on how many hours the staff are involved in each project. As we are curretnly using a basic/free version of Myhour, we have a limited access to some functions. However, I would like to go with the paid version for sure if I were a business owner( I am administrative coordinator)

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I would like to have a access/permit to adjust rounding hours according to our pay terms. I know that you have that function for paid users only but it would be great if it would be able to useres of free version as well.

**What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since our team staff work based on projects, it is really tricky to keep track of them if we log hours manually or paper base. Also, I don't have to keep/save separately all the hour logs since I am able to access all previous hour logs in Myhours. It helps a lot in terms of record keeping and paper free office! 
As I don't have a permit to round down or up of team's hours, I have to contact them every week to round their hours manually. However, that is the thing I would be able to fix if I go with paid version.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

At our company we reviewed many time tracking products and used a couple of them for some months. MyHours is the only one which really met the bar in terms of usability and featuers.

Employees find it easy and frictionless to load time spent on tasks weekly. As a manager I like the simplicity of creating/assigning projects and tasks, and also being able to export a detailed report.

The UI works fast and is modern. Most other similar products use dated tech stacks and that shows; MyHours is a Single Page Application built on Angular. It also works on mobile, which is a big plus.

As an added bonus: there are no restrictions to the number of users or projects you can create on the free plan while you test it out.

Overall we are very happy with the product, will continue to use it in the long term and can recommend 10/10.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I'd love to see dark mode support but of course this is just a nice to have (and probably already on their backlog). And the Dark Reader Chrome extension makes it look sleek with its default settings anyway.

It allows employees to track the time they spent on each project+task, and then monthly I generate a detailed PDF report for each client to send along the invoice.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

Being able to create multiple tasks against a customer, as well as adding notes to my tasks and time entries, makes the monthly reports a lot more meaningful. Our team can log in and update their time from any web client or their device with the app.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I have not found anything yet, as we've only been running it for 2 months, do not use it for billing only for keeping track of tasks and hours. But the made-up billing hours do pull through correctly.

We could not keep a track of various tasks, along with the hours and have additional notes for those tasks in other applications.

We use MyHours for a staff of 10 in a small architecture firm. The ease of use is wonderful and the reporting is just what we need for payroll and billables. Everything that comes with the free version is robust enough, but if you want some additional reporting features or to get more technical with organizing tracked hours, the paid version is worth it!

No downside for us. It's working great for our needs.

I like how much detail you can attach to each phase of a project. Unlimited tasks within that project and the ability to archive stuff once completed. I am definitely able to better track and bill for employee time spent on client work.

I really value My Hours for its efficient time tracking and report exporting capabilities. It has successfully addressed our previous difficulties in generating timesheet reports. When I researched timesheet software two years ago, I found that no other software offered such comprehensive reports. Additionally, I found the interface to be user-friendly.

They have recently made it a paid service, whereas it used to be free. However, I have become accustomed to using it and will be purchasing their paid version.

Since I started using My Hours, our timesheet reporting problems have been solved. The turnaround time to generate reports and send them to clients has been significantly reduced. Additionally, clients have expressed their appreciation for the format.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

This is the second project tracking software our department has used.  I'm the Project Manager for our department and have looked around for a simple yet effective solution for tracking hour for task for projects.  MyHours delivers on exactly what we want to do.
Pros:
• Simple to setup.  Enter your Team members, Add your Clients, Add your projects, Add your tasks (in that order) - easy and quick.  
• 0 issues.  This is 100% bug free, it loads and runs fast so you waste no time in working with it.
• Getting others up to speed on using the Hours entry literally takes nothing more than short email or a brief call.  I took 5 min at the end of department meeting and that was all that was needed to explain what the users need to do.
• Value.  Honestly this is the best around when it comes to value.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I've usually said never trust a review without some cons. Even if they seem to be nitpicky.  Well that's all I have just some minor nitpicky comments/recommendations:
The Nitpicky stuff:
• It's not going to win awards for beauty.  But sometimes function matters more than looks.
• You don't get the Crayola® 64 box of crayons to make your reporting look pretty.
• On the basic plan the reports are very simple - it's enough for me, but they're simple.
• If you need physical punch clocks or badge scanning this is not the software for you.

Years back, our department never tracked any time on projects so it was hard to price consulting services appopriately.  Also, without hours tracking we didn't know that parts of the projects were the most time consuming and or where we might be "gold-plating" too much in some areas. It's user friendly, it has all I need to track my work and works for teams, having reports just a click away. The free tier is very useful, even better than other options like Harvest app

So far I haven't found a thing I can't do. In any case, there are some features that are premium, like the ability to edit a task right from the report, but it's undestandable that premium needs to offer more.

It has in a single app time tracking, reports, details in each tracking task, reports with filtering for each team member, and many more features. That helps me to stay organized and track everything I do.

**What do you like best about My Hours?**

-Much cleaner, more efficient, modern UI than almost any other tool we looked at. Doesn't feel like it was built in the 80's (unlike most other tools we looked at).
-Has all the abstractions we require to model and then bill against our contracts (our industry is enterprise software).
-Product/Designer/Support team has proven very helpful and responsive when we have a question.
-System has never crashed or errored out.
-Importing (users, projects, time sheet data from old systems) is straightforward and reliable.
-MyHours' data policy met our legal team's admittedly stringent requirements (some others did not).
-Baseline reporting provides all of what we need and most of what we want.
-Ability to export time card data allows us to use Tableau or other tools for any advanced reporting "wants".

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

-We had to do some searching to find it; wish we had found it sooner
-Currently no capability to see resources' forecasted availability for future assignments -- but this is part of what makes it so good at logging and reporting on hours; focus wins out

**What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-We grew a team of consultants from zero to 32 over 3 years, using Google Sheets to track time.
-Our system lacked audit trail, a purpose-built UI, and even the ability to link multiple project to a single client.
-People often stepped on each others' entries into the Google Sheet, so some would wait until others were done.
-When customers wanted details, we showed them screen shots from Google Sheets, which looked like we were running on...Google Sheets. Not the most professional reporting.
-We had almost no audit trail.
-It was fragile.

We pivoted from complex spreadsheets for tracking our billable client time and have been thrilled with the ease of use MyHours offers. The team especially loves the user-friendly interface, mobile app, "copy previous week" feature for all the recurring meetings, and the ability to manage account team time. We've been able to right-size our account teams, identify resource gaps, and increase billings due to the insights and transparency the tool offers. Rate-wise, they are the best deal out there!

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

Making universal changes to categories/tasks is manual, but I'm not sure there's an efficient way to do that without losing historical data.

**What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started tracking time using a glorified spreadsheet and quickly outgrew that. Since using MyHours, we've been able to right-size our account teams, identify resource gaps, optimize our team's capacity, fine-tune our scoping estimates, and increase billings due to the insights and transparency the tool offers.

My Hours is one of my favorite time tracking web app: i use it everyday to manage the time I devote to each client/project.

You'll have 3 ways to track your time: a weekly timesheet, a daily timesheet and the one I use the most, a real-time tracker.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I'd love to connect my My Hours account with my Google Calendar without using an another app like Zapier.

I'd like to use the "download logs in Google Sheet" feature for free too.

Using My Hours every day at work allows me to measure and manage the time I devote to each of my customers. 
It's also a good way to easily estimate the profitability of each project.

I love using MyHours - specifically for projects that have different tasks/costs - you can easily see the profitability of a project based on those parameters. Huge for consultants wanting to see if a project or client is profitable.

I would love to see forecasting capabilities, and more in-line email reports (vs attachments).  Other than that, there's very little not to like about MyHours.

**What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The TimeTracking feature allows our business to see if we are going over projected hours, the overall profitability, and real time time useage at a very quick glance.  The reporting is fantastic and so easy and simple to use. We're small and starting out and testing out different pricing models.  MyHours time tracking is so much more deep into the data than just logging hours.  It does even have invoicing which is great if a client asks questions or wants to see the backup data.

The facility to load the times. sometimes we don't do it with Start / Stop and it's very easy to load Past Hours. I also like the administration of Projects and users.

The reports in the free version are not the best. That all tasks have to be loaded previously. I prefer to use the Short Description field (more like Clockify).

UI & usabilty are easy to understand, straightforward, no need for tutorials. Everything is easily editable, creating reports is easy. At my studio we started on a free account and continued to a paid one. Also we use both English and Hebrew without any issues at all!

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

I would like it to have the ability to add data to projects, maybe like a simple timeline with written progress, for light users & small studios not wanting to work with heavy project-management like asana or monday.

Having a way to followup every conversation and meeting, as short or long as it would be, since we work on 3-6 different projects a day, without having to try and recall everything.

I can't think of a downside. The tech staff are in a different time zone, so contact is sometimes delayed, but response has been within a day.

It is very simple to use. The free account provides a wealth of functionality that allows you to set up multiple teams and projects . Team members can track time against multiple projects; and administrators can quickly download timesheets  and arrange approvals before invoing customers.

**What do you dislike about My Hours?**

My only gripe is that there should be a way to 'submit' a timesheet so it moves from draft to 'done' but this is a relatively minor problem and we counter it with making sure everyone is up to date at the end of each month.

We needed an easy to use tool to handle time tracking of multiple teams across multiple projects.
