I like the ability to enter different projects and allocate tasks so that members of staff can complete their hours. My Hours is really straightforward and easy to use; it doesn't try to overcomplicate things. I also found it very easy to set up because I could upload everything via an Excel spreadsheet, which was quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is quite basic, and it is almost too basic. So it is not very easy on the eye when you're looking at it. And one problem I have come across is that you can add tasks to all different projects. But if you want to remove a task, you have to do it individually per project. And we tend to have the same tasks for every single project that we use. So when I need to remove a task, I wanna remove from all of them. And we have over 200 projects, so I have not found it's possible to do this unless I do it manually one by one. So that is very, very frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
