My internet speed is 950mbps, so I know it's not on my end. It is so helpful when using it for hours-based contracts, as I can keep track of each person's hours and if a client ever wants to see what work was completed, the logs keep a description of what was done. It's also helpful to look at how many hours are left in each project, and even sends email reminders when projects are getting close to their budget. **What do you dislike about My Hours?** I wish it were easier to pull reports of each project's hours and sometimes when using specific filters, you have to reapply them every time you open a new project. I think it would be helpful to create something like a 'default filter' mode where you can set it to certain filters and it will apply them to every project that I open. **What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the use of inefficient hours tracking and promoting productivity, which is always good. Unfortunately, the process is very manual as there is no splitting option, resulting in me having to whip out a calculator. This often causes me to neglect using the tool accurately. It would be great if one could add in an option where one can select the number of clients and the % weight each should be billed for a project, giving you an automatically calculated answer. I don't wonder out of the tracker option. I am unsure of how to navigate beyond it and stick to the daily tracker, however, I would like to learn more about how to use it optimally - is there a video tutorial?
