For my needs, lost of manual labour **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022 **What do you like best about My Hours?** Autofill time - I can type 10000 and it will convert it into 1:00:00 for me The option between manual and automatic timer mode Adding tags **What do you dislike about My Hours?** Major drawback for my usage: When we work on a single project, the project's time needs to be divided by the number of clients that will use it. Unfortunately, the process is very manual as there is no splitting option, resulting in me having to whip out a calculator. This often causes me to neglect using the tool accurately. It would be great if one could add in an option where one can select the number of clients and the % weight each should be billed for a project, giving you an automatically calculated answer. I don't wonder out of the tracker option. I am unsure of how to navigate beyond it and stick to the daily tracker, however, I would like to learn more about how to use it optimally - is there a video tutorial? It would also be really cool if one could get a private visual summary of your productivity levcel (maybe there could be a productivity score assigned to each task)? **What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me understand where I spend my time and helps our financial team to ensure that staff is effective in the time spent on work ### 2. Hard to sue and figure out. Like time logs , billable amounts and transcripts box for comments. **What do you dislike about My Hours?** The change is very difficult to navigate. Difficult to make changes and edits in the comments box for daily tasks. The old format for free subscribers was much better. I have used My Hours for years and was great. Now I fear I may have to seek an alternative service for basic time management and clients tasks and transcripts. **Recommendations to others considering My Hours:** The new July 2020 website format for users is very difficult to navigate. If you find My Hours difficult, I would search for another service. I will most likely do the same after using MyHours (free service) for more than 3 years. **What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?** Under the old, Professional time logs and transcripts made it easy for the client to understand billings. The new way or format since July 2020 is simply confusing and terribly planned out. ### 3.
