MW Therapy has helped our outpatient physical therapy clinic get reorganized, manage billing, and helped us introduce text reminders for patients. Before we used MW Therapy, our old scheduling system was very confusing and not user friendly. The log in platform is very easy to use and to reach from different locations. It is easy to press just 1 button when scheduling and delete a patients information. I wish there was an easy to use undo button. Because there is so much information on a page, it is easy to make mistakes at times. I wish it were easier to make administrative changes. Im not sure if it is just our settings, but only one of our coworkers can make administrative changes such as changing passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
