"Feature-Rich Automation Platform for Streamlining Workflows."
4/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Automation?

I like the range of automation capabilities MuleSoft offers and how they can be applied across different business processes. From a project delivery perspective, having multiple features in one platform can help streamline repetitive work, reduce manual handoffs, and improve efficiency across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Automation?

The number of features can also make the platform feel a little overwhelming at first. More complex automations require careful planning, testing, and coordination between business and technical teams, so there can be a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Cross-App Automation Without Building Integrations from Scratch"
4/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Automation?

I like that MuleSoft Automation makes it possible to connect systems and automate repetitive work without having to build every integration from scratch. It is especially useful when you are trying to streamline processes that span multiple applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Automation?

The biggest downside is that more complex automations can still require a lot of technical knowledge and careful design. It is powerful, but it is not always as simple as the low-code experience initially makes it look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can take some time to learn and configure, especially for more complex workflows. Some advanced automation use cases may also require technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Connectivity with a Steep Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Automation?

I like the prebuilt connectors that are available out of the box and the lot of accelerators, both industry and tech, that you can start building from exchange. I think MuleSoft Automation provides one of the best API management platforms out there. I essentially like the full iPaaS for building, designing, deploying, and managing APIs in scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Automation?

I think the build aspect could definitely be improved. The Anypoint Studio is clunky. For someone new to coding or new to MuleSoft, that can be overwhelming and daunting at first. As I mentioned, the setup is not easy. It can seem daunting and overwhelming when you open up Anypoint Studio. If you're not technically savvy enough, that can feel hard. Datawave transformations can be daunting if you don't have a technical background in Java or come from a coding background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MuleSoft Automation: Easy Low-Code Automation with Composer"
4/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Automation?

the standout, repeated theme is that MuleSoft Automation stands out for its ease of use, especially with its low-code/no-code interface in Composer, allowing users to quickly configure and automate processes without extensive technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Automation?

the reviewer's pros/cons pairing suggests the low-code interface handles simple automation cleanly but the same complexity issues that plague the wider MuleSoft platform (learning curve, missing features) likely resurface once you push past basic Composer workflows into anything IDP- or RPA-heavy. 4/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Automation?

It has been a reliable platform for me, making integrations feel seamless and reducing the friction that usually comes with orchestrating complex workflows. I’m consistently impressed by how stable, scalable, and intuitive it is, especially when building automated processes end‑to‑end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Automation?

Scaling can be challenging, since it’s a powerful tool that doesn’t fit every use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Enterprise Integration with Powerful API-Led Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Automation?

What I like best about MuleSoft Automation is its strong ability to connect different systems and enable seamless data and process integration across the enterprise. It provides a unified way to automate workflows between cloud and on-premise applications using APIs, which significantly reduces manual effort and system fragmentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Automation?

One challenge with MuleSoft Automation is that it can have a steep learning curve, especially for teams new to API-led integration and enterprise middleware concepts. Designing, deploying, and managing APIs at scale requires strong technical expertise and careful governance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MuleSoft Keeps Us Ahead with Seamless Third-Party Data Integration into Salesforce"
5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Automation?

MuleSoft continues to evolve and stays at the top of the arrow in its industry. I’ve used it a lot to pull in third party data from external sources and putting it into our Salesforce Org.

It’s been wonderful to use and I’m excited about the new developments that have been released recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Automation?

MuleSoft Composer didn’t send error emails all that well, however since that product is being sunset it doesn’t matter anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
