MuleSoft for Agentforce Actions, which allows any MuleSoft-integrated system or IDP extraction model to be instantly exposed as an invocable action for Agentforce, giving agents "hands" to act in external systems. Hybrid automation orchestration, which combines deterministic Salesforce Flows with generative AI reasoning to handle complex business logic while maintaining enterprise guardrails.
