Motore Host Reviews & Product Details

Motore Host is Italian software designed for hosts and property managers who oversee multiple short-term rental apartments. It centralizes post-booking tasks into a single platform: a calendar synchronized with Beds24 (covering Airbnb, Booking.com, and other channels); online check-in via a unique link for each booking; automated guest data submission to Alloggiati Web and—where required—ROSS1000; tourist tax calculation with Stripe payment links; automated, translated guest messaging; and cleaning schedules generated based on bookings. A daily dashboard displays the status of tasks, highlighting what is ready and what requires attention. The Pro plan includes dynamic pricing—calculated based on historical data, seasonality, and events—which is automatically published to booking portals via Beds24.
